Both Kevin Owens and the Young Bucks have teased that Kevin Owen will jump ship in the past. It’s possible that hints on Raw seem to show that Kevin Owens may be staying with WWE rather than going to AEW.
What did Kevin Owens say on Raw?
“I don’t care how much I’ve been down. I’ll keep fighting for three more months or three more years.”
“There can be only one face of Monday Night RAW. This isn’t Mount Rushmore.”
It really feels like the fact this was mentioned on RAW seems to show that he could be staying. With three months left on Kevin Owens’ contract. Then Mount Rushmore was the faction on the indies that had the Young Bucks, Adam Cole and Kevin Owens. So it really looked like Kevin Owens was going to leave the company. But they wouldn’t be speaking about it on Raw.

Kevin Owens may just have a lot of freedom with his promos, however, and someone got this through the cracks of creativity. We know that Big E has some creative control, and the promo was made to challenge Big E.
Its possible due to the Big E getting control Kevin Owens was aloud to write more of his own promo rather than creative. However its a possible Owens has alot of control himself as his promo in WWE are better than most on a usaul episode.
