Trish Stratus fans can rejoice as she’s returning to the WWE to host a Raw brand house show in Toronto, Canada on December 29.
The WWE is always looking for ways to bring back Legends to help attendance, and Trish Stratus will do her part in an event that ahs Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Finn Balor, Riddle, Kevin Owens and more scheduled to appear.
This is one of those times where it’d probably behoove the WWE to make this a televised show given Raw’s ratings are almost as bad as their storylines.
It doesn’t mean it won’t happen, but the fact this is scheduled as a house show is a little baffling. Still, it’ll be awesome for the fans to see her in her hometown. We expect she’ll get a huge welcome back.
There’s always the chance this could be changed to air depending on attendance at other events, so as huge Trish fans we’re keeping our fingers crossed. The WWE will also be holding a Smackdown house show in Baltimore that same night.
Trish shared the news on her website trishstratus.com where she said, “Excited to step through that curtain and feel the energy of the WWE Universe one more time. Let’s do this Toronto!”

Trish hasn’t worked a match since she lost to Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam in 2019, but there’s some hope to see her in action again.
She’s been teasing returning for a match against Sasha Banks, but it’s only been friendly and competitive banter between the two.
This doesn’t mean it won’t happen, but it’s one of those things that’ll probably happen down the road. Maybe at the next Evolution or another pay-per-view where they can set up a quick storyline heading into it.
Trish has a special connection to the fans as she entered the WWE as a valet and worked hard to become one of the best in ring performers that earned her a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame.
This could be the beginning of seeing more Legends appear at various shows as the WWE tries to help their attendance and rating numbers, and we’re curious who all they’ll bring in.
It’s almost time for another Legends Night on Raw, and this could be the opening teaser to set us up for that even in a couple of months.
