‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close out the week with some fun spoilery goodies.
It looks like it’s a character building episode to close the week out, but there’s going to be plenty of feels going around as we delve into some touchy matters, so we’re grabbing some comfort food for this one.
There’s going to be some interesting moments that could set up some exciting storylines, assuming the writers and show runner are willing to get a little edgy for once.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, December 10: Devon’s feelings
With everything going on lately, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has been kinda lost in the mix as his emotions have been running the gambit lately, and he’s going to open up to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan).
He’s feeling conflicted about Dominic, and it’s going to make for an interesting storyline if the writers choose to make it a problem.
Basically, Dominic is his son and he’s going to be dealing with a similar pull Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is.
He’ll miss having Dominic around, and it’ll lead him and Amanda to discussing getting the legal ball rolling on reasserting himself as Dominic’s father.
It’ll upset a few people, but in the end he’s got to follow his heart.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, December 10: Time for regrets
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) have had some amazing moments over the years, but today they’re going to remember and talk about their regrets.
This could be a long list and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expect this to be a touching scene, but their regrets will also heighten their good times.
In the end, we think their main regret is never finding a way to stay together, and this could be the first step to them figuring that out.
In this case, they’d be wise to forget about any other Newmans, but we doubt that’ll happen so they’ll have to find another way if they want to salvage anything.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, December 10: Adjustment period
Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) is going to have a hard time readjusting to civilian life, and we don’t think it’s going to help having his wife and family guilting him into staying when he wants to see his mission through.
None of them understand what he’s feeling, and it’s going to lead to growing resentment over time as he tries to deal with everything.
This one has so much potential and we hope they’ll do it justice, but we’re not getting our hopes up.
Will Nick and Phyllis have a breakthrough, or are they destined to be on and off again? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
