WWE Smackdown Results came back and Edge was excited to be in Cleveland and talked about his history and how everyone knows how hard he fought to get everything back.
He added he should be standing there as Universal Champion because of Seth Rollins. He thought he had all his bases covered but this goes back to 2014.
He promised that Rollins doesn’t know what he’s opened and Edge pointed out he was in the Brood and The Ministry of Darkness and learned their darkest tactics and Rollins will find out.

Rollins came out looking like he’s in a jovial mood and asked if someone said his name and laughed, and it’s Grandpa Edge talking about the man he used to be.
Rollins headed to ring while bantering about he knows Edge isn’t stupid enough to put his hands on him, then trashed Cleveland as any heel would do.
He then said he was going to talk about how Edge and Cena like to jump back in and take away opportunities people like him have earned.
He said he agrees with Cleveland that Grandpa Edge is standing in his way.
Rollins admitted he hesitated to finish Edge seven years ago, but he won’t do it again.
Edge admitted he’s a liar when he promised not to lay his hands on Rollins, and they went at it with Rollins gaining the upper hand but then walked into an Educution and he ducked out of the ring before Edge could hit a spear.

Storm gained the early edge, but Vega bounced her into the announce desk and threw her into the ring.
Vega kept the pressure on and hit a running knee for a pin attempt, and Storm dropped both of them with a headbutt.
Vega hit a sunset flip after countering Storm’s attack, but Storm hit a Storm 1 for the win.
Jimmy Uso w/Jey Uso vs. Dominik Mysterio w/Rey Mysterio
Dominik attacked Jimmy off the bat, and then ate a shoulder block off the ropes.
Dominik hit a hip toss and dropkick, and then tried to walk the ropes with a wrist lock but Jimmy hit the ropes and then dropped him with a superkick.
Jimmy choked him out on the bottom rope, and then hit a step up kick for a pin attempt.
Dominik fought back and set Jimmy up for a 619 but Jey pulled Jimmy out of the ring.
Rey took out Jey with a sitton off the apron and Dominik nailed Jimmy with a dive over the ropes as we headed to commercial.

Back from commercial, they were back in the ring and Dominik hit a neckbreaker off the ropes.
Dominik hit a senton over the ropes and tried a Three Amigos but Jimmy broke free after the first one but was set up for a 619, but Jimmy countered a frog splash with a superkick for a near pinfall.
Jimmy caught Dominik over the top rope and rolled up Dominik with Jey propping him up from behind with his feet through the ropes.
The Usos made it to the ramp before Reigns came out and they heralded his coming.
Change of plans
With Reigns in the ring with Heyman at his side he waited for the right moment to speak and told Cleveland to acknowledge him, and then those at home to acknowledge him.
He said we might as well since everyone, including Cena, acknowledged him at MITB, Raw, and tonight.
He added that Hollywood fooled him as he thought he was going to see something new from Cena btu he put on a nostalgia act.

If he wanted that he just had to search online for a 2005 John Cena and compared him to missionary position every single night.
He said he has no reason or desire to see Cena and he’s not going to see him in the main event at SummerSlam because his answer to Cena’s challenge is no.
Finn Balor then came out after the night seemed over.
Reigns said he’s there to acknowledge him like Cena and Balor shook his head.
Balor said he’s not there for that, but to see if Reigns is interested in his challenge.
Reigns burst out laughing before accepting his challenge.
This is a twist we didn’t see coming and it was a great piece of misdirection and WWE Smackdown Results loved it!
