‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re all set to end the week on a high note with some fun spoilery goodies to help get us through the weekend.
There’s plenty of multiple angles happening in this episode, and it’s going to be fun to delve into some of them so let’s get into them.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, October 8: Gabi corners Jake
Whelp, Jake Lambert (Brandon Barish) was enjoying his muffin and thought he arranged peace between Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun), but that went up in a puff of smoke and so will he if he messes with Gabi.
She wants to know if Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) was lying or not, and with the folder in hand she’s got something to help keep Jake’s focus.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers aren’t so sure he’s guilty, at least not of murder directly.
We think it was an accident or the other guy did it and tried to pin it on Jake.
If it was an accident, then it’d explain why he was so desperate to leave that life behind and come to Salem where all secrets get a second chance.
This should be a fun but tough scene as there’ll be plenty of emotion. Hopefully, they won’t share the details in the town square like is normally done.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, October 8: Philip’s last mistake
Philip’s going to get a huge serving of karma and humble pie all mashed together for his actions with Gabi and Jake, and it’s going to get ugly.
He’s going to rip into Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) for betraying him and embracing Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). It won’t matter it was just a friendly hug as Philip will be livid and he’ll probably destroy the new tree they planted together.
As much as it’s going to suck for him, we think this is the moment where any relationship hope he has with Chloe will die a horrible death thanks to his uncontrolled jealousy.
It’s going to be a rough end to an otherwise productive day for him and it’s probably going to end with him watching Chloe leave with Brady thanks to his actions.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Friday, October 8: Julie’s helpers
Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will be beside herself with Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) being sent to Bayview for dementia, and Maggie Horton (Suzanne Rogers) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will be there to help her.
This is going to be a heartbreaking scene. We expect Julie to really go deep with her emotions since she and Doug are married in real life, and she’ll even beg Maggie and Ciara to believe her.
While Maggie will be reluctant, Ciara may buy into Doug being fan. It’d make sense after everything she and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) have been through, and it’d make things more interesting when Ben goes to see Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) about his fears.
