WWE Friday Night SmackDown continues, as Cesaro goes up against Shorty G now!
Cesaro vs. Shorty G
Shorty G with the immediate Rolling Liger Kicks! Roll up for a 2 count, they fight up but Shorty G quickly springs to the top rope for a moonsault press for a nearfall! Cesaro stops his momentum with a big clothesline! Hits the ropes, leg drop for a 2 count! Cesaro pulls G to his feet for a big European Uppercut! Wants a deadlift Gutwrench, Shorty blocks it at first but Cesaro manages to flip him onto his back! Chinlock cinched in, knee to the small of his back. He fights up, Cesaro whips him but G gets him with a dropkick to the legs! Wants another Rolling Liger Kick but Cesaro catches him out of the air! Pulls him up for a big Powerbomb for a nearfall!
Basement uppercut nailed! Takes Shorty G up top and follows him up there, hooks for a Back Superplex… he sends him over but G flips out of it and lands on his feet! Grabs the leg for an Ankle Lock! Cesaro rolls through, and lands a brutal uppercut! Looking for the Neutralizer, G back body drops him out but Cesaro with a sunset flip for a 2 count! Crucifix for another nearfall, whips him to the ropes but off a powerbomb attempt G rolls through into a sunset flip for the flash pin victory!
Winner: Shorty G
Nice while it lasted as anyone could predict but criminally short, as could also be easily predicted. Definitely need to see these two go at it again.
We then see a date between Otis and Mandy Rose. Otis pours her a glass of peach champagne because she’s her peach. Mandy says cheers for spending some alone time for us. Otis asks her if she wants to test the waters. Mandy tells him she’s getting a little tired and wants to take a nap so he blows her a kiss and walks off. We see Mandy lower her sunglasses and seemingly drift off to a dream sequence where she sees Otis about to dive into the water and get all hot and bothered by it. We then see him come out of the pool seductively and speaking a lot more smoothly than normal. He tears off his shirt and he and Mandy make out… as, Mandy watches? Well hey it’s a dream. We come back to reality with Otis doing a cannonball and the giant splash gets her soaked, violently waking her. He apologizes and she says it’s okay though she was having an amazing dream. She then goes into the pool with him and they make out again. She says “Ohyeah”, borrowing his catchphrase.
