I’m a hardcore wrestling fan, by which I mean I’m a hardcore fan of wrestling... but I also have nothing against hardcore wrestling! I’ve been watching since 2006, back when I was 12 years old. In that time I’ve fervently followed WWE, TNA, ROH, Lucha Underground and others. Today I’m most passionate about NXT, New Japan and especially AEW! You could call me a modern wrestling savant but I know my old school stuff as well... I’ll be your huckleberry all night long.

Okay, so the word ‘live’ might not be apt here but whatever… Jordan Huie of the Overtimer here to give you a play-by-play of WWE Raw! Becky Lynch opens the show, with a smaller smoke show than usual but it’s still there. Says the Man is back in Manchester. Mentions visiting here as a three-year-old kid, and now she’s the WWE Raw Women’s Champion. But she’s in the most dangerous time of her career. The list of people looking to take her out is getting longer. But to that she says bring them on. Because it’s not lost on her that…

Quick preview of what’s to come for WWE Raw tonight. Considering it was taped days ago and spoilers are of course out there for you, I could theoretically just tell you everything that will be going down, with or without spoiling anything. But just for the sake of consistency if nothing else, let’s take this like an average WWE Raw and just go by what they’re advertising… Seth Rollins will reveal his Survivor Series team. This part I don’t think was officially shown in the tapings anyway though there was certainly some blatant hints. Either way, we know that Seth…

For those not in the know, AEW tends to hold media scrums after major events. This consists of key talent and names speaking to the wrestling press. They’re generally a good place to hear some insightful comments and occasionally get some news. Last night’s PPV, AEW Full Gear was no exception, so allow me to briefly summarize what went down. Notes will be sorted by who was being interviewed at the time. Chris Jericho: When asked about MJF potentially being a member of the Inner Circle now, Jericho didn’t confirm this. However he made it sound as though new members…

WWE made an announcement last night, two big matches for the upcoming 2019 edition of WWE Survivor Series matches. Unsurprisingly, we’ll be seeing the traditional big team, elimination WWE Survivor Series matches, one involving men and one involving women. However, the word ‘traditional’ is somewhat oxymoronic here. Because in coinciding with having three brands fighting now instead of two, we’ll be seeing quite the break from tradition to say the very least. You see, it won’t be Raw vs. SmackDown, or even Raw and SmackDown banding together to fend off an invading NXT. Instead the trend of three-way bouts between…

Jordan Huie of the Overtimer here to give you the recap and results for another episode of AEW Dark! And yes, we have two this week, they’ve opted to air this one the night before Full Gear. Very interesting. I think it has to do with SCU appearing with their titles on this show. If they lost Saturday it’d be confusing for them to have them here days later, and if they retain, one could see this as being a spoiler in a way. So to get around that, just have the show air beforehand. Tony Schiavone and Dasha…

After a recap video of last week’s NXT takeover, we are ushered into the arena. Baron Corbin opens the show. He’s got a mic, everyone jeers. Says Survivor Series is two weeks from this Sunday and for the first time the battle for brand supremacy will be Raw vs. SmackDown vs. NXT. Big chant for NXT. All anyone can talk about is how NXT took over SmackDown last week. He finds it…

Jordan Huie of the Overtimer here to give you a quick preview of tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown. After the turmoil of last week, normalcy returns. Much of what was supposed to happen seven days ago is now set to go down here. Whether we’ll see NXT folks again is up for debate… Either way, plenty on tap, so let’s get to it. Sasha Banks vs. Nikki Cross After sustaining an injury at Hell In A Cell, Sasha has been playing the role of silent backup for Bayley in recent weeks. For the first time in nearly a month, she’s…
