Titan continues his growth over the past two years, which has received a boost from the extensive amount of time he’s spent in New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) during that period.

The finals saw Atlantis Jr/Flyer defeat Felino/Tiger to move on to face Templario/Hijo del Villano III for the Mexican National Tag Team Championship on the March 13 edition of Super Viernes. 

Titan and Soberano Jr have made a name for themselves throughout the IWGP Conception, especially in their home promotion of CMLL and New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), which has brought their talents to an international audience.

Dulce Gardenia, who immediately became a fan favorite in NJPW during the Fantastica Mania 2020 tour in January, drew loud reactions from the CMLL crowd.

Overall, Super Viernes was a decent show and provided a solid night of wrestling.

Templario shows the makings of at least a decent draw for CMLL, and this may be the beginning of a sizeable push for him.

For those new to the CMLL product, nearly every match outside of the ‘Lighting Match’ 10-minute singles matches take place in the traditional two out of three falls setting.
