AEW Dynamite continues, Jordan Huie of the Overtimer here to give you the coverage of the show as it happens! We see a vignette of MJF meeting up with the Butcher, the Blade and the Bunny. He gives them their marching orders to kill the Young Bucks, after they threw him into the pool. They then emerge for that very match! MJF on commentary accuses the Young Bucks of trying to kill him last week, furiously stating that he can’t swim.
The Young Bucks vs. The Butcher & The Blade
Matt starts out with the Butcher, gets shoved back a few times. Matt with a waistlock, gets shoved away, shoulder tackle. Hoists him up, Matt escapes, ducks under a shot and tags in Nick. Springboard Dropkick to the Butcher! Blade tags in, gets a drop toe hold, Matt tags back in with a springing elbow. Quick tags here as they work over the Blade with double axe handles and a double footstomp to the arm. Blade charges in the corner, Nick evades, double arm drag, double basement dropkick! But in comes the Butcher to clothesline them both at once and send them flying! Matt knocks them away, slides to the outside, gets chased by the Butcher, into the ring, Nick tags in, high knee to the Butcher, forearm to Blade.
Screw High Kick ducked, Blade whips him, he escapes to the apron and superkicks Butcher off the apron! Bunny pulls Nick off the apron. Butcher with a meaty crossbody! Blade with a tope on Matt Jackson! Commercial break, match continues in the inset. Butcher and Blade with a Side Slam/Leaping Stomp combo for a nearfall on Nick. He’s being worked over hard here. Chopped and stomped into the corner, quick tags and isolation. Butcher chokes him in the ropes as we come back. Exchange of charging shots in the corner. Butcher with a Gutbuster, hoists him back up and throws him to Blade who delivers one of his own, Doctor Bomb for a nearfall, Matt Jackson had to break up the pin.
Nick fighting his way up as the crowd chants for the Young Bucks. Ducks a shot, tag to Matt! Flies in with a crossbody! Takes it to Blade against the ropes! Whip reversed but he gets a baseball slide on Butcher, springs back in, Sliced Bread! Goes outside, Superkick to the Butcher! Back in the ring, up top, flying elbow drop for a nearfall! Very close. Tag to Nick, elevates Blade for the Top Rope Senton, Butcher has to break up the pin! Butcher breaks through a double shot but eats a stereo superkick! Blade taken into the Tombstone position, Meltzer Driver! Despite MJF pleading for him to kickout, the Bucks get the win!

Afterwards however, Butcher jumps them! But in comes Kenny Omega for the save in a pink shirt! Pump knee to Butcher! Hangman staggers out drunkenly, has Matt hold his beer as he comes in for a Buckshot Lariat to Blade! Grabs the beer back to take a drink as he makes his leave. That was kinda badass.
