AEW Dynamite Preview (12/11/2019) The Young Bucks vs. Proud-N-Powerful Texas Street Fight | All Elite Wrestling
The next glorious battle in this, the Wednesday Night Wars, is just about upon us! At the time of posting we’ll be about 15 minutes away from this week’s edition of WWE NXT and AEW Dynamite! And I’ve finally reached the end of my previews for the latter! Just one left to go, and it’s sure to be a wild one! Let’s get to it!
Texas Street Fight: The Young Bucks vs. Proud-N-Powerful
The Young Bucks and the team of Santana & Ortiz have been at odds with each other since the latter made their debuts assaulting the Bucks back at AEW All Out in August. This feud has only intensified since then, and has included follow-up attacks aplenty, and even got a couple legends involved in the form of the Rock ‘N Roll Express!
I’m not sure if this is the blowoff or not, to be honest. I’m gonna say probably not, but it’s got a real good shot at it and I have a feeling this is going to end up being a very, very wild match. It’s certainly being built as such. You’d need to find a crazy stip to top it when all’s said and done, if so. But that can always be arranged.
Either way, I expect this to be awesome, but as for who wins… I’m thinking Young Bucks. This feud probably has atleast one more match left in it, it’d be fitting to have the Bucks get a win in to tie things up first before having a rubber match down the road. Moreover, I do think Proud-N-Powerful are your next AEW World Tag Champions but beating the Young Bucks would immediately precede this in my mind, and I don’t think a title switch is happening that soon. My train of logic is that the Bucks win here, challenge SCU some time in January, then later face P-N-P in one last match. P-N-P can win that rubber match enroute to taking those tag titles for themselves later on.
