WWE Monday Night Raw rolls on here tonight, Jordan Huie of the Overtimer to keep up the live coverage of the results as they come. We see a vignette of Ricochet’s victory and his upcoming match with Brock Lesnar. Bobby Lashley now making his way out for a singles match with him, he promised that he would not make it to Super Show-Down. Ricochet backstage says he will not be intimidated by guys like Lashley, even if he is a scrawny little kid to him. He won’t stop him from walking, limping or even crawling into that match with Lesnar.
Ricochet vs. Bobby Lashley
Ricochet with chops, Lashley catches a kick and chops him hard in the corner. Leapfrogs, shoulder block! Ric taken to the apron but a WWE Headkick knocks him away, Springboard Dropkick takes Lashley to the floor! Suicide dive drives him into the barricade! Throws Lashley into the ring, Ricochet into the ring, ducks a clothesline, dumps him! Charges for a big tope con hilo as we go to commercial! We come back to see Lashley whip Ricochet to the steps, but he hops up onto them, moonsault press takes him down!
Match goes back into the ring, Ric goes to the apron but Lashley tosses him into the post and he flies into it, slinging violently to the floor! Lashley pursues and grinds his foot into his head against the floor. Bobby Lashley with a power whip into the barricade! Back into the ring, big Belly To Belly for a nearfall! Ricochet with a flip dropkick into an enziguri! Dragon whip! Ric with a boot up on a charge, caught but another enziguri nailed! Ricochet with a shoulder thrust in the corner, transitioned into a Springboard Crossbody, Running Shooting Star Press for a nearfall!
Ricochet with a superkick, kick to the face, hits the ropes but a simple back body drop stops him. Shoots him to the ropes, wicked Spinebuster for a nearfall! Lashley takes him up top for a Back Superplex but Ricochet incredibly rolls through and lands on his feet! Charging dropkicks in the corner, Lashley is down, Ricochet up top, 630 nailed for the win!
Winner: Ricochet
He hit him a lot harder than is usual for that one, he just landed with his whole body on his chest there. Sure looked effective but hope Lashley’s alright. Good match though, Ricochet certainly needed some more momentum.
