WWE Elimination Chamber continues and now we have ourselves a No DQ match between AJ Styles and Aleister Black. They’re selling hard how much the OC can totally get involved here.
AJ Styles vs. Aleister Black (No DQ Match)
Chain wrestling sequence to start, Black gets him with an Oklahoma Roll, AJ kicks out but eats a roundhouse kick! Black gets him tons of shots, big kick to the inner thigh! Stomping on the ankle! Gallows with a distraction, AJ gets Black with a chop block! Black fights back with kicks, Anderson with a distraction as well, a front chop block from AJ this time. Styles working over the leg until Black kicks him away, he rolls to the floor. Looks under the ring. Pulls out a Kendo Stick! Cracks it right across the left leg of Aleister! And another big shot! Black avoids a third one though, head kick drops AJ!
Black takes the stick away! But a standing dropkick sends him barreling to the floor! AJ wants a pescado but gets taken out of the air with a pump knee to the face! Black pulls a table from under the ring! Sets it up and poses for applause. Limps over to grab AJ, but Styles takes a chair to his leg and across the back! “Undertaker” chant as AJ sends Black into the ring, hooks a chair in the corner and slowly stalks him. Grabs the bad leg, Aleister trying to fight back. AJ wants to throw him into the chair hooked in the ropes, Black tries to reverse but eats a big shot to the face. AJ kneedrops the bum leg!
Aleister fighting back though, combination of strikes, driving knee to the side of the head lands flush! Black charges but AJ rolls him right into the Calf Crusher! Been targeting that leg the whole night! Wrenches it back deep! Black reaches and grabs the Kendo Stick, grinds it into Styles’ face to break the hold! And now Black takes the stick to AJ’s legs and back in revenge! Big shots to the torso, sending bits of it flying! Wants another shot, AJ gets him with a low dropkick to the bad leg, Pele Kick to take him down!
AJ wants a powerbomb, Black launches him to the apron, Phenomenal Forearm hit very casually, cover for a nearfall! Brainbuster for another one! Styles slowly makes his way up top, Aleister springs up for a big pump knee to the head! Combination of kicks, Black suffers with every shot but he lays them in anyway, Springboard Moonsault Press for a nearfall! Smacks the bad leg and plants it for a German Suplex, bridge for a nearfall! AJ surprises him with an Ushigoroshi that looks like it really messed up his neck! Wants the Styles Clash, Black rolled through, push kick to the face, Springboard Moonsault attempted but AJ catches him in position for the Tombstone! But Black avoids it, Push Kick sends AJ right into the rope hung chair!
“We Want Tables” chant, conveniently just as AJ rolls to the floor near all the tables. Black kicks AJ in the chest time and time again. AJ rams his knee into the desk, charges and shoulder tackles him right over the table, sending him flying onto a chair! AJ pulls Black up onto a table! Black stops him, kick to the shin trips him facefirst onto the announce table to the floor! Leans against the other table Black setup earlier… Double Diving Knees takes AJ through the table!! Aleister throws AJ into the ring and pulls him to his feet for the Black Mass! In comes Gallows, eats a high kick, Anderson gets a Pump Knee! Black dares all three of them to fight him! The OC swarms on him. Magic Killer takes him down!
They pull Black up to his feet, AJ’s on the apron… the lights fall and the gong sounds! Huge pop!!! When the lights come back up, Taker is in Black’s place but he’s choking out Gallows and Anderson!!! AJ tries for the Phenomenal Forearm but Taker catches him out of the air and chokeslams him to the mat! Lights fall once more and Black takes Taker’s place once more! “Undertaker” chant as AJ struggles to his feet… BLACK MASS NAILED FOR A BIG POP! And that is that!
Winner: Aleister Black
Super well worked match there, though it’s a little silly how little the OC actually got involved until the end considering they could’ve swarmed him from the start. Crowd was also pretty dead for most of but came unglued for the finish.
