WWE Monday Night Raw rolls on. Drew McIntyre will be in action later. Bobby Lashley makes his way out for what should be quite the quick easy squash, a good chance for them to plug Lana’s upcoming movie with Bruce Willis. They don’t actually name it however.
Bobby Lashley vs. Zack Ryder
Lashley stomps Ryder into the corner, he gets a boot up, goes up top for a missile dropkick but Lashley sidesteps it. Deadlifts him up and plants him with a Spinebuster! Stops to pose, before pulling him to his feet and planting him with the Dominator. That’s all she wrote.
Winner: Bobby Lashley
Lashley had lost some momentum of late so I guess this wasn’t a bad time for him to get a squash match in.
We get some replays of Drew McIntyre repeatedly hitting the Claymore on Brock Lesnar. He’ll be out here later on tonight. Backstage, Aleister Black is in his room when… somebody knocks on his door. Didn’t even get to say anything.
Black stands up and in comes Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy to confront him.
Aleister asks what he can do for them. Seth says it’s nice to formally meet him after everything Murphy’s told him. Seth says he knows that Aleister has ran into a bit of a problem with the numbers game, something they know something about.
Rollins says he’d like him on his side and offers to let him join them. They toss him a shirt. He looks at it and says perhaps not, tosses it back. Seth tells him that he’s either with them or against them. Aleister says those sound like fighting words and in that case, Seth knocked on the right door because he accepts.
Then, out comes Erick Rowan, a week removed from revealing that his cage contained a giant spider. He will be facing McIntyre, who comes out to a huge pop!
Drew McIntyre vs. Erick Rowan
Drew makes like he’s gonna check Rowan’s cage to lure him in, gets a boot up on a charge. Rowan tries for the Iron Claw but Drew breaks the grip, sends him to the floor. Rowan wants to post him but he gets posted instead! McIntyre slams Rowan into the barricade, right into an overhead Belly to Belly to the floor! Drew rolls in and out of the ring to break the count, before going over to Rowan’s cage! He grabs it and sets it down on the floor. Drew then grabs the steel steps! The crowd chants “Yes!” He crushes the cage with the steps?! Rowan charges at him but gets a Glasgow Kiss! Sends him into the ring, Rowan is incensed – Drew hits the Future Shock DDT! 3… 2… 1! Claymore Kick!

Sooooo uh Drew just killed his pet for the hell of it? I guess that’s how the cage gets written off. Alright then. Guess he ain’t gonna be the new Jake Roberts after all.
