WWE Friday Night SmackDown continues, we now have our last match of the night. The New Day, Kofi Kingston and Big E take on Jimmy and Jey, the Usos. The winners face the Miz and John Morrison at WrestleMania. The tag champs are on commentary.
The New Day vs. The Usos
Kofi gets taken over with a monkey flip, wants a dropkick but gets caught out of the air with a catapult but Kofi lands on the bottom rope, twisting crossbody nailed. The Usos take a breather and Miz & Morrison stand up and yell at them. Back into the ring, E has tagged in, huge hip toss. E with a whip but Uce rebounds back for a charging forearm. E responds with a big elbow. Tag to Kofi Kingston, Doubleteam Leapfrog Splash for a nearfall. Flapjack into a Hotshot, nice combo move, nearfall. Kofi ducks an enziguri, tag to Big E, overhead belly to bellies, pulls him out to the apron and pounds on his chest repeatedly. E with a charging splash on the apron, nailed flush there, commercial break.
We come back in time to see E getting taken down with a double team spinebuster for a nearfall. They want to get the “Uce-so” chant going but are sad to find there are no fans so they do it with each other for a charging clothesline. Attempt at another, E with a Uranage counter, hot tag to Kofi Kingston! Series of clotheslines, big dropkick, hits the ropes, Boom Drop! Kofi with a clap, wants the Trouble In Paradise, Uce ducks, Kofi avoids a superkick, up top for a flying headscissors. But a single-leg boston crab gets cinched in, Kofi kicks him away. SOS for a nearfall!
Samoan Drop attempted, Kofi escapes from the shoulders, tag to Big E. E hoists him up onto his shoulders for a Powerbomb attempt, Kofi flies at him but he bends over backwards to avoid it, Kofi eats a superkick! Two superkicks for Big E, cover for a nearfall! The Usos take Big E up top, E shoves them to the mat. Running Enziguri takes him to the floor however. Stereo Suicide Dive attempt, Kofi grabs the legs to block it but they pull him into the ring and try to dump him, he hangs on, low bridge sends the Usos to the outside! Trust Fall wipes them both out. Miz and Morrison stand atop the announce table and start doing their own chant until Kofi clips them sending them to the floor, Uce with a dive, Big E gets his crazy apron spear and everyone is down at ringside now! Miz and Morrison jump Big E and attack both teams, signals for the DQ.
No Contest (Double DQ)
Miz and Morrison continue assaulting the teams in the ring. Michael Cole stands up with a mic who tells the tag champs that they won’t have to face the New Day or the Usos at WrestleMania, but they will face both teams with the titles on the line in a triple threat ladder match! Miz taken out with a Double Superkick, Morrison taken out with a Midnight Hour and that’s the end of the show.
