WWE Monday Night Raw continues. The Street Profits talk about the Viking Raiders’ song last week, says they don’t want crooners were on in the 17th century but they need to get on Spotify. Kind of a dumb line but it was delivered really well, I laughed. Profits say they’ll take the Viking Raiders on next week. We then get a video/interview, Becky Lynch talking on the triple threat match between herself, Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey back at WrestleMania 35. It’s pretty crazy to think Becky’s been the Raw Women’s Champion since this match. It can’t really be understated how rare reigns like this are in this era of WWE. Now, out comes Ricochet and Cedric Alexander for a match against Ever-Rise, a recently debuting NXT tag team.
Ricochet & Cedric Alexander vs. Ever-Rise
Ricochet with an arm drag and arm wringer, tag to Cedric Alexander who comes in with a driving knee to the gut, spinning neckbreaker/backbreaker combo for a nearfall on Matt Martel! Chase Parker distracts Ricochet to allow Martel to attack from behind, Parker tags in, drop toe hold and elbow drop to the back, cover for 2. Pulls Ricochet up, quick tags and isolation commence. Martel with a Pendulum Backbreaker for a 2 count. Ricochet reverses a whip and sends Martel into Parker’s boot, Ric wants the tag but Martel’s holding onto the boot… can’t keep hold of him, Ricochet makes the hot tag to Cedric!
Runs roughshod, incredibly he hangs one of the boys on their partner’s shoulders for a Draping Neckbreaker, Basement Dropkick to the remaining dude, Ricochet tags in with a Running Shooting Star Press for a nearfall! Springboard Dropkick takes Martel to the floor, roll-up from Parker gets 2. Ricochet with a superkick to Parker! Cedric tags in, Double Footstomp/Reverse STO combo for a very impressive victory!

Unsurprisingly it’s taken Ricochet and Cedric Alexander absolutely no time at all to gel. These guys are fantastic, but you already knew that. Hell of a team. MVP must agree because he applauds them from the titantron. But he says who better to reintroduce Shane Thorne and Brendan Vink to Monday Night Raw than him? Says Ricochet and Cedric’s win last week was a fluke, according to them. Says a rematch next week will not only be box office gold but box office platinum and it will in face be straight-up ballin. Glad to see MVP finally found clients.
