Following Moose’s attack on Crazzy Steve and Tommy Dreamer on Impact Wrestling a couple of weeks back, things have continued to escalate between Dreamer and Moose as the pair will face off for Moose’s TNA Championship at Slammiversary. Before then, we get a taste of what’s to com as they square off in a tag team match with Dreamer and Steve on one side, and Moose and a mystery partner on the other. Who will join Moose?
Throughout the night, Moose was looking for a partner as everyone he asked were either busy or refused. Following accidentally igniting a war between Rhino and Hernandez, he approached Rahit Raju.
Raju took offense to being the last one he asked and Moose acting like he should feel appreciative. Of course, Raju grudgingly agreed, giving Moose pause for concern at his odds at winning.

In a cool old school style, Tommy Dreamer and Rohit Raju it off, with Dreamer putting Raju in a side headlock and Raju reversing it by twisting Dreamer’s arm behind his back. Dreamer reversed than, and Raju backed him into a corner, forcing him to break the hold. They continued jockeying for position until Raju tried to suplex Dreamer but couldn’t do it. Dreamer had no such qualms, then he tagged in Crazzy Steve.
Using his quickness, Raju got past Steve and tagged in Moose in a rematch from two weeks ago. Steve ducked Moose’s clothesline after slipping out of a slam attempt, but was caught in mid air by Moose, who then threw him across the ring and attempted a spear.
Steve dodged the spear attempt and tagged in Dreamer, and they showed good teamwork as they double teamed Moose before Steve went back to their corner, leaving Moose and Dreamer to exchange forearm strikes before Moose backed Dreamer into a corner.
After they separated, Moose charged at Dreamer, who low bridged Moose, causing Moose to go over the top rope to the floor. Raju entered the ring, and Dreamer guided him to the floor through the ropes.
Steve attempted a crossbody block over the ropes, but Moose caught him. So, Dreamer went off the ropes and his Steve in the back with a baseball slide, knocking Moose onto his back.
Tide Turns
Raju then intercepted Dreamer in the ring, giving Moose enough time to climb back in and take control.
Dreamer then caught Moose coming off the second turnbuckle with a punch to the stomach, then hit with a DDT to buy himself some time,
Steve and Raju tag in, and Moose saved the match by breaking up a stretch submission Steve had on Raju.
Moose and Dreamer took their fight to the floor, allowing Steve and Raju to continue in the ring, where Steve hit with a DDT off the second rope for the pin.
This was a really fun match, and I’m starting to become more of a Moose fan week by week. He and Dreamer should have a barnburner at Slammiversary.
