After WWE Raw Results and Recap saw a recap of their win at Payback, Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax were interviewed backstage by Sarah Schreiber.
Sarah started off by asking them how they put their differences aside.
Jax said to follow her lead, and Baszler said she told Nia to stay out of her way and she did, allowing her to use Banks as her personal weapon to put Bayley to sleep.
Jax added that she’s the tag team champion and Baszler just holds the other belt.
Asuka danced her way into the interview, and Sarah asked if she knows who her next challenger is, and she said no.
Baszler and Jax then to Asuka that this was their interview and she can’t just but in. Asuka shoved Baszer and Jax stepped forward, and Asuka left.
A triple threat upcoming soon?
Back from commercial, Adam Pearce was giving his security team a pep talk about them not allowing Retribution to interfere with the show tonight like they did last week.
He added that if they fail, then they’ll he fired and they’ll get someone else to do the job.
Plenty of trash talking
In the ring, Asuka came out to the ring where Charly Caruso asked her if there’s anyone she feels deserving of a shot at her title.
Asuka has been demanding a challenger, and she said she beat many great women and listed many of the current roster.
She added no one’s ready for her, while she’s ready for anything.
Mickie James’ music started and she came out.
James said she knows greatness when she sees it, and Asuka is one of the greatest of all time. She added that out of respect, she wanted Asuka to know she’s coming for the championship.
Natalya and Lana came out, and Natalya called James’ selfish for demanding about championship after having six.
Lana pointed out it’s not about being old, but she also took a shot at James’ wardrobe choice and told James if she wanted Natalya she had to go through her.
Asuka then said she’s ready for all three of them, and Natalya and Lana attacked her and James.
They quickly cleared the ring and Asuka’s music played.
Forget the triple threat match, maybe a tag team match after commercial?

We were introduced to some awesome children that are battling cancer as WWE superstars to kick cancer’s butt.
This is a great cause and it’s great to see the WWE promote it.
