Team Raw for Survivor Series has begun to take shape over the past couple of weeks, and there is just one more spot remaining on the team for the huge PPV in a couple of weeks time.
Four men already make up the team, with Braun Strowman joining Sheamus, Keith Lee and captain AJ Styles. It already looks like an excellent team that the red brand have put together, but there is room for one more star to be included in the team for the event this year. But, which star could we see take that final spot?
WWE News: Drew McIntyre
Braun Strowman revealed after he had earned his spot on the team that he would like Drew McIntyre to be the final man on the team, and there is a decent chance that could happen. McIntyre is still chasing a rematch against Randy Orton for the WWE Championship, but that will not be happening at the upcoming PPV, as Orton will be taking on Roman Reigns. For that reason, McIntyre could instead opt to represent his brand in the expected war against SmackDown.
WWE News: Jeff Hardy
Jeff Hardy could be another superstar that is thrown in to contention now after ending his short programme with Elias. Hardy won that Guitar on a Pole match, and there could be a need for another face in the team to even the scales. Hardy would be an excellent pick for Raw, as he will be able to ensure that there are some high flying spots in the match. It’s unlikely that he will play a pivotal role in the team winning, but his involvement could be something that we see made official next week as he could compete in a qualifying match.
WWE News: Riddle
Riddle has recently changed his name from Matt Riddle to simply Riddle, and this is the latest move to try and freshen up his character on the red brand. His call up hasn’t gone smoothly to this point, but his involvement in this match could mean that something more substantial could be on its way. Riddle will add something different to the team, and the fact that he currently isn’t engaged in an ongoing story also bolds well for his chances. We will likely find out the remaining member of Team Raw during next week’s episode.
