WWE’s annual holiday tradition of honouring the military personal every year will once again take place this December. The event will be broadcast for the very time on the Fox network, and will air this weekend. The matches that will be taking place during the event were revealed this week, as it returns to television after last year’s event was not aired for the first time in its history.
WWE News: Two Tag Team Matches Announced For Show
There have been two tag team matches announced for the show this year, with the main event seeing WWE Champion Drew McIntyre taking on The Miz. The match will see the reigning champion take on the man that has the Money in the Bank contract. It is unlikely to be a match with tons of thrills, as the result looks to be a pretty predictable one.
However, it will give McIntyre to have a little fun in the ring with the military personnel that will be watching. Due to the measures that are in place, there will be no crowd in attendance for the event. The Thunderdome at the Amway Center will once again be used to stage the matches.
WWE News: Other Announced Matches
There are two huge tag team matches that those watching the action will also be able to look forward to. The first of which will see a team of Jeff Hardy, Daniel Bryan, Rey Mysterio and the Street Profits taking on King Corbin, Elias, Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode and Sami Zayn. The huge eight man tag will be your typical faces vs heels, with the likely winners being the faces getting the win.
There will also be action from the women’s division on the card, with Bianca Belair teaming with Sasha Banks for the first time. They will be taking on the team of Bayley and Natalya. Banks and Bayler have been in the ring a lot against each other over the past couple of months, and fans will be looking forward to seeing them tear down the house once again. The matches will be airing on Fox on the 6th December, which will be in conjunction with the NFL games that are being played at the same time. However, it promises to be another great occasion for those in virtual attendance.
