WWE Raw Results returned as after the initial lockup, Jax backed Flair into the ropes, and Flair managed to reverse so she was off the ropes when they broke.
Flair then locked in a wrist lock, but Jax hammered her arm to break the hold.
Flair then locked in a side headlock and held on when Jax tried to throw her into the ropes.
Jax backed her into a corner and hit a couple of shoulders, and then hit Flair’s left arm with a series of shoulder blocks.
Jax then flipped her over by her arm and threw her into the corner, but Flair rolled over the ropes and hit Jax with a shoulder through the ropes and a big boot.
Flair connected with another big boot and a dropkick that sent Jax to the floor.
Flair his with a series of forearms, and then another dropkick to knock Jax to the floor.
A baseball slide followed and Jax slammed into the announce desk. Asuka nailed Baszler with a spinning backhand, then warned Flair, who sidestepped Jax’s charge and Jax hit the ring post.
Flair tried to slap on the figure four, but Jax grabbed Flair and threw her into the turnbuckles. Jax then hit a splash and went for a pin attempt as we headed to commercial.

Never a clean win
Back from commercial, Jax was in control with a reverse waist lock that Flair fought out of and hit an armbreaker on Jax.
Flair hit a series of chops. Jax avoided having Flair stomp on her leg in the corner, but Flair threw her to the mat and headed to the top rope.
Jax pulled her off the top rope and went for a Samoan Drop, but Flair managed to roll her up for a near pin.
Jax countered a big boot with a sit out powerbomb for a near pinfall.
Jax then missed a leg drop, and Flair tried another figure 4 but Jax kicked her off.
Baszler distracted Flair, so Asuka tried to nail Baszler again, but Baszler sidestepped and sent Asuka into the announce desk.
Flair dodged Jax’s charge and rolled her up for a pin attempt, then locked in the figure 4 but Baszler locked in the Coquina Clutch on Flair for the disqualification.
Jax kicked Flair’s leg a couple of times before Asuka chased them off.
It’s the thought
WWE Raw Results returned as Charly asked Angel Garza to describe his first year on Raw.
He said like everyone else, his year had its ups and down, but the new year is almost here and it brings new opportunities.
He said he might introduce himself to one of the lady Legends next week, and when Charly asked who the rose was for, R-Truth and the other ran by and stomped on it.
He then gave it to Charly and said it’s the thought that counts.
