Impact Wrestling No Surrender Preview expects this to be the match of the night between the athleticism and seeing unexpected stars rise to the occasion.
The rules of this match seem pretty straight forward unless we’re mistake, which happens so please bear with us if we are.
Our understanding is this will be a triple threat match that’ll be similar to a gauntlet style where a new competitor replaces whoever is eliminated through pinfall, submission, etc.
It’ll go until one of the final three wins it and they’ll then get a shot at the X-Division Championship, which with be the winner of TJP and Rohit Raju’s match.
Quicker than a hiccup
We expect this to be as high paced as imaginable as Austin, Mack, and Bey will be looking to reclaim their title after their reigns in 2020.

Trey will be wanting to establish himself a force with his new uber aggressive style and prove Sami Callihan’s claim he’ll run away if it gets tough wrong. Talk about great incentive.
Suicide and Daivari will be trying to reassert themselves in the X-Division as well, and they could be sleepers for positions in the final three.
Then there are the newcomers in Josh Alexander and Brian Christian.
While Alexander isn’t a true newcomer like Christian, he’s still early on in his singles run following Ethan Page leaving the company and he’s our favorite to be in the final three with Trey and Austin.
Blake Christian had a great showing in the 8 man tag team match on Tuesday, and we expect to see more of the same from him here as he continues to make a name for himself in Impact Wrestling.
We don’t see him making it to the final three, but he’ll come close and probably lose by a hair.
Speaking of losing and winning, we don’t think Trey will win yet as it feels like Callihan is going to continue pushing him and losing this opportunity will give Callihan a way in to twist Trey to his thinking like he did Ken Shamrock.
So, that leaves us Austin and Alexander, and it’d be a definite feel good moment for Alexander to win and get his shot and we’re going with that.
We love Austin, but we’d also love to see him and Alexander feuding over a chance for the X-Division Championship.
To be honest, we’re just looking forward to this match and will be happy with whoever wins it as we’re sure they’ll give us a great match at any point.
