This WrestleMania, like last year’s, looks set to be another interesting one. There will be fans in attendance for the two-night affair, with almost every superstar likely to be involved in some capacity. However, plans for one of the biggest female superstars still looks to be up in the air, as a positive COVID test has left her participation in doubt.
However, when Flair is back there will be an immediate push to try and get her involved in some kind of rivalry to get her on the card for the huge event. But, which superstar, or superstars could she feud with going into the big show?
WWE News: Added To Raw Women’s Championship Match
It seems that every year when WrestleMania comes around, Flair is involved in one of the title matches taking place. This year it doesn’t seem as though that will be the case, as she isn’t holding one of the major titles, and she didn’t win the Royal Rumble match. However, due to her sheer standing in the women’s division, she could immediately come back and demand to be added to a title match.
There is no doubt that she won’t be added to the Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair match, which means that should she want a title opportunity, then the Raw title would be her aim. That could be a route that could feasibly make sense, as Flair has history with both Rhea Ripley and Asuka. There aren’t many multi-superstar matches on the card yet, and that could be one that could be made.
WWE News: Could A Familiar Face Be Her Opponent?
There have been rumours circulating online that Charlotte could be cleared to return to television this week. That means that we could potentially see the Queen on SmackDown. Should that happen, then she may come face-to-face with a familiar foe, and that could build to an interesting match that could take place at Mania.
Bayley vs Charlotte would take very little build, and there is no doubt that the two would be able to put on an entertaining show for the WWE Universe. The story between would be very simple to tell, as they will just want to prove who the best wrestler is. It would be an excellent and deserving end to the year for Bayley, and one that could see her finally come out on top against her great rival.
