Aliyah has been in NXT for quite some time now, and is still on the verge of breaking out. With Robert Stone at her side, she would have her best chance ever. Beating Ember Moon tonight would be huge for her, as Moon is a former NXT Women’s Champion. Moon drove to the ring with Shotzi Blackheart, who’s tank gave Stone some PTSD. He was ran over by her smaller tank twice, and now it’s twice as big!
Ember Moon Has No Need For Robert Stone Brand
These two women met four years ago on NXT, but have grown since. Moon went to work with some arm drags, even blocking one from Aliyah. Aliyah was locked in a headlock, was able to break free and hit a slow spinning elbow. Moon asked Aliyah to her for real, and baited her in for a modified back suplex.
Aliyah would fight off another suplex attempt, before they’d spill to the outside. Stone stayed far away from the action, and was terrified of Shotzi Blackheart. He wants to recruit Ember Moon, but maybe in a safer place. Aliyah was dropped on the outside with dropkick off the apron, but back in the ring she’d get a kick to the face of Stone for a near fall!
Moon was locked in a chinlock in the middle of the ring, but fought out with another armdrag. Aliyah was thrown with a headscissor and dropped with another dropkick from Moon. She ran back in as Stone ran a distraction, only to take a spinebuster. Aliyah had the Eclipse scouted, and prevented in before going for a superplex. Moon fought Aliyah off and flapjacked her into the ring.
Stone ran another distraction, Blackheart dove onto both him and Jessi Kamea. In the ring, Moon nailed the Eclipse on Aliyah for the win. Will Ember Moon & Shotzi Blackheart stay in the tag team division, or will Ember Moon start to climb to another NXT Women’s Championship? Can Robert Stone ever get over his fear of Shotzi Blackheart?
