Days before Valentine’s day, a source shared that the former couple are still very close. “Kylie and Travis continue to spend way more time together than people would expect, especially in quarantine,” the source told Hollywood Life. “They do it very, very quietly and want to keep it private.” The source also shared how Kylie and Travis are on-again-off-again but don’t want to put a label on their relationship as of right now.

This hinted to the fact that he and Kylie may be in a romantic relationship.
