Bobby Lashley came out with MVP and is escort to start the show and the Hell in a Cell still hung above the ring.
The commentators gave us a run down of his victory against Drew McIntyre and how he made sure McIntyre wouldn’t et another shot at his championship.
After MVP’s introduction, Lashley said McIntyre nearly pushed him to his limits, but it wasn’t good enough to defeat him.

A toast to Lashley was interrupted by The New Day as they came out with a plate of toast.
Kingston said they only wanted to take part in the toast, and then threw their goodies into the ring.
MVP told them they continue to prove his point and their clowning is why they watched HIAC instead of competing.
Kingston responded how he surrounds himself with friends instead of users, then asked Lashley if he thinks MVP and his lady friends will stick around when Kingston wins the WWE Championship from him.
Kingston then reminded them that he beat Lashley and we got to see the replay of McIntyre’s interference. Kingston then challenged Lashley for the WWE Championship at MITB.
Lashley accepted right away and reminded Kingston needed McIntyre’s fault, and to ensure there will be no interference he challenged Xavier Woods for a match tonight.
Woods accepted and said their match tonight will be in Hell in a Cell. Lashley accepted.
