Hello and welcome to WWE Smackdown Live Results!

I’m your host, CP Bialois, and we’re set for a championship night as the Smackdown Tag  Team Championship and Intercontinental Championship are on the line.

We’ll be back for the 8 p.m. EST start time to get WWE Smackdown Live Results ready to so, so be ready to buckle up.

Segment 1

Reigns came out and said he’s changed his mind since last week and called the Usos out. He then wished them luck and told Jimmy he called his shot and he’d better win like Reigns does.

Reigns added their entire family is watching. No pressure whatsoever, right?

Segment 2

Smackdown Tag Team Championship – Rey and Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. The Usos

The Usos controlled most of this part of the match by keeping Rey in the ring, but Rey threw Jimmy to the floor with a head scissors and tried a sliding splash.

Jimmy caught him and Samoan Dropped him on the announce desk as we headed to commercial.

Segment 3

Dominik rolled Jimmy up for the pin but Jimmy got his shoulder way up but the ref missed it. Dominik’s the luckiest guy around.

Segment 4

Seth Rollins gave an interview where he refused to answer questions about Cesaro, then handed hit mic to Kayla Braxton.

Chad Gable offered his services to the Street Profits, but they refused.

Segment 5

Carmella vs. Liv Morgan

Carmella won a quick match by submission via a Cone of Silence, but Morgan put up a good fight with an aggressive style.

Segment 6

Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville informed the Mysterios they’ll have to defend the tag titles against the Usos again later tonight.

Bianca Belair challenged Bayley to a match at HIAC and Bayley accepted.

Segment 7

King Corbin vs. Shinsuke Nakamura w/Rick Boogs

This was a quick match Corbin won and grabbed his crown, but Boogs grabbed his foot and Nakamura hit with a kick to take it back and left Corbin on the floor furious.

Segment 8

Intercontinental Championship – Apollo Crews (c) vs. Kevin Owens

Crews controlled from early on as Azeez’s attack backstage left Owens with injured ribs, and Crews hit an Olympic Slam on the floor as we headed to commercial.

Segment 9

Owens fought back and had a couple of opportunites before Crews hit a Death Valley Driver on the ring apron for the win.

Sami Zayn then ran in and hit Owens with a Helluva Kick and claimed karma did it.

Segment 10

Smackdown Tag Team Championship Rematch – Rey and Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. The Usoa

This started fast with the Usos taking it to Dominic, and Jey hit a suicide dive on Dominic as we headed to commercial.

Segment 11

This was a good match and Domink was about to try to finish it with a splash when Reigns came in and hit him with a Superman Punch for a DQ, then hit Rey with a spear.

Reigns then beat both down with the ring steps and locked a guillotine on Dominik.

Jimmy told him that was enough and not like this and left the ring, calling for Jey to follow.

Reigns said something to Jey and he stayed in the ring and Reigns powerbombed Dominik as the show ended.

Obviously, Reigns was furious they were about to lose again, but it would’ve been nice to have a straight legit championship match tonight.

Overall, the episode wasn’t bad. It was definitely better than the last couple of weeks. What did you think of it?
