Hello and welcome to WWE Smackdown Results!
Tonight looks like it’s going to be a fun one with the first ever Hell in a Cell on Smackdown.
But enough of the talking, let’s get to the action!
Rey Mysterio came out to the ring to cut a promo and said Dominik is injured but he’ll be able to walk.
He then ripped into Reigns for throwing his baby over the ropes to the floor and he’ll never forget the helpless look in Dominik’s eyes as he suffered, nor forget Roman Reigns for his actions.
And Rey challenged Reigns to have their match tonight despite it already being made, and said he wants to hear it from Reigns’ mouth.

Rey demanded Reigns come out and the cage finished lowering to the floor in a preview of what’s to come later tonight.
Reigns picked then to come out with Paul Heyman flanking him.
Reigns claimed he doesn’t want to hurt Rey and it’s not his fault. He then asked Rey to think about this since what he did to Dominik will be PG compared to what he’ll do to Rey in the cell.
He gave Rey a way out and asked if he’s sure about this, but Rey said he’s never been more ready in his life. Reigns said he tried to be diplomatic, but now they’ll do it his way.
Apollo Crews and Commander Azeez vs. Big E and Kevin Owens
With everyone in the ring, Sami Zayn came out to join the commentary team as the bell rang and Big E sidestepped Crews’ big boot attempt, and Big E hit a belly to belly.

Owens came in and Big E hit a splash and Owens followed with a senton for a pin attempt.
Big E remained in control with a couple of suplexes, but Crews got loose and tagged in Azeez and Azeez hit with a knee and then dropped Big E with a big boot that.
Out on the floor, Azeez body slammed Big E on the floor in front of the commentators as we headed to commercial.
Azeez makes a statement
Back from commercial, they’re back in the ring with Azeez dominating Big E after Crews was dominated early on.

Azeez hit a suplex and slammed Big E into a turnbuckle, and then another suplex. Big E rolled out of the way of an elbow drop, but Crews tagged in and knocked Owens off the apron.
Big E fought out of a fireman’s carry and then suplexed Crews on the ropes and tagged in Owens, who hit a swanton off the top rope for a near pinfall.
Crews hit a boot off the ropes, then ran into a pop up power bomb for a pin attempt, and Azeez came in and nailed Big E with a clothesline on the floor.
Back in the ring, Owens fought Azeez off and sent him over the top rope, but Azeez overpowered him and threw him into the ring post.
Zayn went to attack Owens, and after a brief distraction Owens shot into the ring and right into a Nigerian Nail for the win in an impressive showing by Azeez.
After the match, Azeez hit a second Nigerian Nail on Owens to send a message.
Backstage, Zayn was pleased about the “karmic justice” Owens received, and said he can do this forever. WWE Smackdown Results are pretty sure this will lead to an Owens and Zayn match at HIAC.
