Impact Wrestling Homecoming Results returned in time for the final stretch of the special, and we’re set for some killer matches to close the night out.
X-Division Championship – Josh Alexander (c) vs. Black Taurus w/Havok
They started off circling each other before locking up for a stalemate. The same ending of the second came, and then Josh took Taurus down for an ankle lock, but Taurus kicked him off.
Taurus then hit a shoulder block off the ropes, and Josh rolled in to trip him coming off the ropes for another ankle lock attempt.
Josh and Taurus exchange moves and reversals for a stalemate, and Taurus caught him with a couple if rights, and Josh responded with an elbow and a knee.

Another exchange of reversals led to Taurus hitting a powerslam off the ropes for a pin attempt.
They exchanged rights and Josh hit a shoulder in the ropes and nailed a northern lights suplex for a pin attempt.
Taurus hit a bulldog type of move, and then a backbreaker for a pin attempt, and Taurus started working him over.
Taurus hit a shoulder breaker for a near pinfall, and Josh rolled to the floor to buy some time.
Back in the ring, Taurus went back to work on Josh, but Josh was able to fight back and counter a suplex with one of his own.
Josh went to work on Taurus’ legs, and hit a Three Amigos for a near pinfall. Josh then ducked and sent Taurus to the floor.
Josh hit a kick to force Taurus to sit on the apron, then he hit a crossbody through the ropes to send Taurus to the floor. Josh then hit a moonsault off the top rope for a near pinfall.
Black Taurus stayed alive and hit a reverse elbow off the top rope and then a spear for a near pinfall.
Taurus hit a combination in the corner, but Josh fell onto hit leg for an ankle lock Taurus broker with a step up kick.
Josh fought him off on the top rope, then hit a reverse Samoan drop to chants of “This is awesome!”
Josh hit a backbreaker and then C-4 Spike for the win.
This was unbelievably awesome and a new match of the night.
Deonna Purrazzo and Mathew Rehwoldt vs. Decay (Rosemary and Crazy Steve)
Rehwoldt and Steve began things and Rehwoldt dropped to his knees to say he’s willing to play their games and grabbed Steve’s ear and Steve reversed it into an armlock.
Rehwoldt tried to tame him, but Steve dropped him and bit his ear. Steve then hit a DDT for a near pinfall.

Rosemary tagged in and but his arm, and Steve tagged in for another taste. Rosemary came back in but Rehwoldt ran to the other corner and tagged in Purrazzo.
Rosemary and Purrazzo exchanged finishing attempts with neither one worse for the effort.
Rosemary finally hit a German Suplex and then a slingblade for a pin attempt.
Rehwoldt distracted Rosemary and Purrazzo hit a backstabber, and Rehwoldt came in to work over Rosemary’s back.
Rosemary fought out of it, but he grabbed her hair and pulled her down.
After several kicks, Purrazzo hit a flatliner for a pin attempt.
Rehwoldt and Steve came in and Steve was too quick and he quickly took control of the match.
Steve hit an elbow and cannonball for a pin attempt.
Rehwoldt hit an over the shoulder powerbomb for a near pinfall.
A double team went wrong and Decay hit a double upside down on Rehwoldt and Purrazzo.
Rosemary hit Rehwoldt with a spear, then went after Purrazzo and hit a Scorpion Death Drop for a near pinfall on Purrazzo.
Rehwoldt hung Rosemary up on the top rope from behind and Steve took him out over the top rope.
Purrazzo hit the Queen’s Gambit for the win to become the Homecoming King and Queen.
This isn’t a surprise to Impact Wrestling Homecoming Results, but we would’ve enjoyed seeing Rosemary and Steve win.
