Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
Tonight looks like it should be a good show with a couple of top flight matches, and we’re stoked to see what’s to come.
But first, we’re going to grab some snacks but we’ll be back at the 8 p.m. EST start time to get WWE Raw Live Results off and running.
Segment 1
Miz Tv brought McIntyre, Ricochet, Riddle, AJ Styles, and Omos out and things broke down in a slow motion style, including McIntyre clotheslining Omos over the top rope.
Segment 2
Money in the Bank Qualifying Rematch – Ricochet vs. John Morrison w/The Miz
Ricochet started this out on fire as he went after Morrison with a series of rights, but Morrison eventually gained the upper and and caught a hurricanrana attempt on the floor and power bombed Ricochet into the barricade as we headed to commercial.
Segment 3
This was a great match that ended with Morrison winning by count out when the Miz rolled his wheel chair into Ricochet’s way so he couldn’t get into the ring.
Segment 4
We saw a recap of last week’s action between Kofi Kingston and Nikki A.S.H., Naomi, and Asuka preparing for their 8 women tag match after the break.
Segment 5
Naomi, Nikki A.S.H., Asuka, and Alexa Bliss vs. Nia Jaz and Shayna Baszler w/Reginald, Eva Marie and Doudrop
This started out as a hodge podge of one shots with Alexa Bliss sending us to commercial after screaming at Eva and scaring her to the floor.
Segment 6
This ended up being a decent match Jax won with a Samoan Drop on Nikki, and Eva Marie took credit for it and Jax and Baszler didn’t appreciate it. Looks like a possible feud.
Segment 7
Mustafa Ali vs. Mansoor
Ali lectured Mansoor about cutting corners and think with his head instead of his heart all match, and then won by faking injury and rolling Mansoor up for the pin.
Segment 8
Drew McIntyre vs. Jinder Mahal w/Shanky and Veer
McIntyre dominated early on, but Mahal kept fighting back and suplexed McIntyre onto the announce desk as we headed to commercial.
Segment 9
McIntyre won by Disqualification after Shanky and Veer got involved and the three of them beat McIntyre down before Mahal took his sword since McIntyre stole his opportunity.
And here we thought this was Mahal’s attempt to injure McIntyre to take his place at MITB as was teased a couple of week ago. Could still happen.
Segment 10
Mace and T-Bar vs. Lucha House Party (Lince Dorado, Gran Metalik)
A quick match saw Mace and T-Bar dominate, but Lucha House Party survived for Dorado to hit a surprising sunset flip on T-Bar for the win.
Segment 11
Styles controlled most of the tempo, but walked into a Crane Kick from The Karate Kid despite calling it and laughing at it.
Omos swept Riddle’s injured leg from outside the ring as we headed to commercial.
Segment 12
Riddle won with a rollup when the Viking Raiders came to ringside to distract Styles when he was about to hit the Styles Clash.
Segment 13
Charlotte Flair came out on a crutch and cried that Ripley used her move against her and hse might miss the MITB.
Ripley came out on a crutch to mock her and a fencing match with the crutches ensure with Ripley nailing Flair and chasing her from the ring.
Segment 14
R-Truth and Jaxson Ryker vs. Elias and Cedric Alexander
Akira Tozawa ran out before the match and Truth tried to roll him up, then ran after Tozawa and the locker room to get his baby back.
Ryker dominated Alexander and Elias refused to tag in despite it being a handicap match, so Ryker hit a spinning slam on Alexander for the win.
It took longer to write this than the match lasted.
Segment 15
The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods) vs. Bobby Lashley and MVP
This started off as a solid match with MVP holding his own despite his injured knee, but after he rolled to the floor and Lashley went to help, Woods hit Lashley with a dropkick and Kingston nailed a dive over the top rope as we headed to commercial.
Segment 16
After a flurry of activity, Kingston reversed out of a Playmaker and hit MVP with a Trouble in Paradise for the win.
This was a pretty good match and decent show overall with a couple of blips here and there. What did you think of it?
