Meghan Markle’s new 40×40 campaign could be set to start with a bang with increasing speculation that she could team up with Kate Middleton.

Meghan, for her part, recently celebrated her 40th birthday with the announcement of her new initiative. It was designed to help women who had been impacted by the pandemic to get back into work.
This would be through a mentoring scheme, whereby each participant would be given 40 minutes worth of mentoring that is tailored to their needs.
And Royal expert Mikhaila Friel has not ruled out the prospect of Kate joining at some point in the future, despite Kate’s silence on the scheme.
During an interview with Us Weekly, she said: “I don’t think it was an intentional move [to stay silent]. There might be a reason she couldn’t have officially put her name down.
“But that being said, I don’t think that means that we won’t see her involved in some capacity.” So why has Mikhaila come to that conclusion? Well, it all boils down to how other members of the Royal family have been acting towards Meghan’s plans.
Princess Eugenie has not signed up for the scheme, and yet, she has shown her vocal support for the cause. She added: “Princess Eugenie…posted on her Instagram that she was supporting the initiative.
“And her name wasn’t mentioned in the original press release, so it could be that Kate turns around and shows support in her own way down the line.”
The chances of Kate joining have grown because her relationship with Meghan has been improving. Since the arrival of Meghan’s daughter, (Lilibet), the pair have been reaching out to each other in order to exchange parental advice.
That has brought them much closer together. Sources have confirmed as much: “Meghan and Kate are actually getting along really well and have been in touch more often.
“Now they’re closer than ever and working on their relationship for the sake of the family.” Time will tell whether Kate will end up teaming with Meghan, but given what we have seen so far, there is a high chance that it will happen.
