‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to get things started with some spoilery goodness.
With the dust from Baby Gate settling, and finding Ben Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) the only thing left to officially wrap up, we can turn our attention to other storylines.
Of course, this also means there’s going to be some baggage from Stitch’s actions that’ll have to be dealt with, but we think that’s going to be its own storyline.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, August 30: Victor’s help
Now that everyone’s safe, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will start sinking into her habit of blaming herself for everything, and since there’s still no Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) she’s going to need some help.

On the plus side, she’ll finally be rid of the enablers that have allowed her to sink so far as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be there for her.
We’re hopeful that Victor will see to it she gets the help she needs to get through everything after months of wallowing.
It’ll be interesting to see how much attention Abby gets compared to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) since Mariah was the one that was kidnapped.
She should be the focus of everyone, especially Victor since she carried his grandson, but we doubt that’ll happen aside from her immediate family.
Should be interesting.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, August 30: Nick’s concerns
It looks like Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has taken Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)’s words about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) to heart.
Not that ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are surprised since he was never as blindly hateful as Phyllis towards her, and it’s going to lead to him asking some tough questions Phyllis won’t see coming.
One of those will be about what would things be like between Phyllis and Jack if he weren’t involved?
It’ll catch Phyllis completely off guard and she’ll hesitate or ask what it’s about, which will lead to a couple of boxes getting checked for Nick.
For the most part, we think Phyllis is in a no win scenario here and it could get worse depending on Nick’s mood and if it starts turning sour or aggressive.
It won’t surprise us if Phyllis blames this on Sally and gets Nick to admit they talked, and that’ll set Phyllis on another rampage but one that could backfire on her if Nick feels she’s avoiding the question.
Could this be the beginning of another end for Nick and Phyllis? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
