Princess Diana would have approved of Prince Harry’s decision to publish a tell-all memoir.
Princess Diana Would Have Supported Prince Harry’s New Memoir
That is according to Royal expert Stewart Pearce. Harry, for his part, has signed a four-book deal that promises to give an insight into the Royal family from his perspective.
While the move has threatened to divide the Royal family even further, Stewart has noticed that Harry is much more like his mother and will do what he feels is right, regardless of the cost.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Stewart said: “Harry is so much like his mother in the sense that he has an impetuosity. He moves on instinct just as she did.”
Stewart is well aware of what Diana was like, given that he has written a book on her. His book entitled ‘Diana: The Voice of Change’ is an in-depth reveal of Diana’s character.
He also had the privilege of being very close to Diana, which is why he sees similarities between Harry and Diana. And it is this desire to get things out in the open that he has spotted with Harry.
He added: “Diana was gleeful about the statements that she made during…interviews. Sometimes I would say, ‘Are you really going to engage yourself in that?’ … And she’d say, ‘Yeah, I’ve got to!’ and would do it.”
Despite Harry and Meghan speaking out against the Royal family, Stewart does not believe that the memoir will be incriminating towards the Royals. After all, Harry and Meghan would be opening themselves up to a list of lawsuits that would not help their cause.
He continued: “There won’t be anything in terms of accusation, not at all. He’s in a situation of transformation. [But] “I’m sure that they’re [Royals are] probably feeling slightly anxious.”
Harry’s book is expected to drop sometime in 2022, which will be close to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Regardless of what Harry decides to reveal, the anticipation for his book is growing by the day.
But one thing for sure is that you will not want to miss out on reading it. We will have to see how things will turn out in the memoir. Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
