Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Results!
Tonight should be a good one as we’ll start the show with Damian Priest Issuing an open challenge for the United States Championship and later Bobby Lashley and Sheamus will face off.
Without further ado, let’s get to the action!
As promised, Damian Priest came out to start the night off and welcomed us to Raw and recapped him winning the United States Championship at SummerSlam.
He intends to treat the title with the respect and dignity it deserves, unlike Bobby Lashley. He pointed out we saw what kind of champion he is when he ran away last week and he promised he’ll never do that.
Priest issued his open challenge and Sheamus came out and promised he intends to get the US Championship back, and the McIntyre came out.
He said he’s never held it and proposed he and Priest face off for the title and Priest sided with McIntyre as they argued, but was interrupted by Bobby Lashley.
The #ScottishWarrior has never been #USChampion … so @DMcIntyreWWE wants to change that with a match against @ArcherOfInfamy tonight! #WWERaw pic.twitter.com/Kj9Cju0fOJ

MVP asked for everyone to hold their applause, and then added how Lashley wanted to hold an open challenge every week, but Lashley’s defeated everyone and said Priest’s stance is admirable.
MVP said what’s good for business is Lashley faces Priest and becomes double champion.
And RK-Bro came out.
Orton and Riddle agreed that everything MVP said sucked, and called Lashley a greedy SOB who wants something he can’t have.
Lashley asked why doesn’t he take their tag team titles, and Riddle challenged them to a challenge for the tag titles.
Guess Sheamus and Lashley aren’t facing each other tonight?
Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville came out to stop them from running roughshod, and Priest will face Sheamus and McIntyre in a triple threat match.
MVP and Lashley will challenge RK-Bro
Rhea Ripley w/Nikki A.S.H vs. Shayna Baszler w/Nia Jax
Jax started it off by questioning Baszler’s ability and distracting while she promised to squash Rhea and Nikki, and Charlotte Flair later tonight.
Their initial strike exchanges led to a series of moves and counter moves as Baszler went to work on her left arm.
Ripley caught Baszler’s stomp attempt, and Baszler hit with a kick and then a knee for a pin attempt. Baszler then stuck Ripley’s hand in the ring apron and stomped it as we headed to commercial.
Back from the commercial break and Baszler was still in control as she flipped Ripley over to torque her left arm.
Though @RheaRipley_WWE won the match, @NiaJaxWWE delivers the exclamation point!#WWERaw pic.twitter.com/IAjlf0UCim

Baszler got cocky and wasted time with Nikki before her next kick was caught by Ripley and she made a comeback.
Ripley broke free of a wrist lock with a kick and dropkick, then hit a northern lights suplex for a pin attempt.
Ripley managed to block an armbar attempt until she reached the ropes to break the hold.
Jax ran over Nikki on the floor and hit a Samoan Drop to distract Ripley, and Baszler rolled her up but Ripley countered the rollup with her own for the pin.
Jax nailed Ripley as soon as the match ended and nailed her with a Samoan Drop.
WWE Raw Results enjoyed this match, and we’re curious how far they’re going to push Nia Jax.
