When it comes to heavyweights in NXT 2.0, Odyssey Jones is perhaps the cream of the crop. He’s got size, power, speed and charisma. While he didn’t beat Carmello Hayes in the NXT Breakout tournament, he’s still got a bright future ahead of him, and tonight two men will try to take him down in a handicap match.
Odyssey Jones Crushes Two Jobbers, Andre Chase Is Scared
It’d be tornado rules, which is fine by Jones. Their names are pointless, as they have no chance. They’d go after an arm each, before being pulled into a double shoulder tackle. Jones would let them approach, with one getting a single leg and the other a headlock. Mr. Headlock was launched, and Single Leg was thrown aside before some big sentons. Andre Chase came to ringside, who called out Jones earlier in the night.
Jones was being pummelled, before being thrown aside. A big shoulder breaker would follow, before one jumped on his shoulder and was crushed into his partner. Jones landed a frog splash from the middle rope, and it was over as he pinned both men. After the match, Chase tried to go for a chair shot and Jones broke the chair before Chase ran away.
Toxic Attraction Are Here And They Are Going To Run NXT
Toxic Attraction is the latest faction to form within NXT. Led by Mandy Rose who is now backed up by Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne, they’re set to take the NXT Women’s Division by storm. With the potential to claim every eligible championship, the division better be ready to step up for this fight – unlike Kacy Catanzaro, Kayden Carter, and Sarray did last week when they lost to the new trio. Tonight all three ladies speak their minds.
Rose came to NXT 2.0, she wanted to be the Golden Goddess. The division needed a woman like her, someone the fans will never be with but love to look at. However, where were the fans when her face was broken? Nowhere and doing nothing, just shared gifs of the dropkick. They treated Rose the same as Gigi & Jacy. However they don’t care what people think, so why does Rose? They showed her there was a Beast behind the Beauty.
Gigi would say that her painful past fueled her aggression, and Rose is here to guide them and give them purpose as they bring out her aggression. Jacy would say they’re not just pretty faces, and they’re taking opportunities and not waiting. Io Shirai & Zoey Stark are on their radar, and they better not wait to respond. They wouldn’t, and they’re gonna get their shot soon.
