    WWE Smackdown Results (9/3) – Rick Boogs w/King Nakamura Defeated Dolph Ziggler w/Robert Roode by Pinfall; Cesaro Defeated Seth Rollins by Disqualification and Rollins Lost It; KO Show Featuring Happy Corbin and Logan Paul

    WWE Smackdown Results returned as introductions were finalized and the match was ready to get underway.

    Ziggler and Boogs went back and forth as Ziggler tried to use his amateur skills but Boogs powered from the mat to press slam Ziggler in an impressive display of power.

    Ziggler countered a pump handle slam by raking the eyes and hit a DDT for a pin attempt.

    Boogs blocked a superkick and reversed it into a pumphandle slam for the win.

    Well, this was quick. Welcome back to jobberville, Dolph.

    Backstage, Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce informed Lynch she’ll defend the title against Belair at Extreme Rules.

    Seth Rollins vs. Cesaro

    Cesaro went after Rollins in a halted way and hit a tilt the whirl backbreaker off the ropes and Rollins headed to the floor.

    Cesaro followed him and hit a running uppercut into the barricade.

    Back in the ring, Rollins hit a dropkick to slow the pace down, but it didn’t last long as Cesaro nailed him with a dropkick and then a swing attempt but Rollins made it to the ropes to break the hold.

    Rollins hit a front slam for a pin attempt as we headed to commercial.

    Back from commercial and Cesaro clocked Rollins, but Rollins slammed him face first into the turnbuckle, then ate an uppercut.

    Rollins slipped under a suplerplex and hit a bucklebomb for a pin attempt, then hit a Edge-u-matic for a near pinfall.

    Cesaro caught his Stomp attempt with a power bomb, and then hit a series of uppercuts and a clothesline off the ropes for a near pinfall.

    Rollins reversed a swing attempt into a rollup, and Cesaro countered a slingblade into a swing for double digit rotations, then locked in a sharpshooter but Rollins grabbed the ropes to break it.

    Cesaro flipped Rollins to the floor and went for another running forearm, but Rollins hit him with a steel chair for a DQ, then hammered away and threw Cesaro into the ring post and into the ring.

    Rollins broke off a support rod from the chair and used it to lock in a crossface like Edge does.

    He broke the hold and called for Edge to come out, then hit a Stomp to Cesaro and a con-chair-to but Edge came out with a chair to chase him out of the ring.

    In Reigns’ locker room, Heyman told him they have a problem with Brock Lesnar, and said Lesnar will be at Smackdown next Friday.

    He admitted Lesnar called him. Reigns asked how does Heyman know Lesnar’s not there tonight?

    Edge’s promise to Rollins

    Edge was asked about Rollins, and he said he thought he’d be done but had he lost the way Rollins did at SummerSlam he’d do the same thing.

    It has to stop, and he challenged Rollins to a match next week on Smackdown and he’ll burn him down again and it’ll change him.

    KO Show with Happy Corbin

    Owens introduced Happy Corbin after calling him Baron at first.

    Corbin embraced Owens and said he’s so happy to be part of the show and thanked Owens for helping him get to where he is today.

    Owens told him not to put it on him, and Corbin said he knows he wants his $100 back but he left it in his car, and he then introduced his special guest – Logan Paul.

    Paul came out to no fanfare and Corbin handed him the microphone.

    He thanked Owens for having him on his show, and Owens said he wouldn’t subject the people to that.

    Owens asked about what Logan insulted him and Corbin said they’re all good now. Owens then call them pieces of trash and Logan mocked him for looking like he needs $100.

    Paul shoved Owens, and Owens returned the favor. Corbin caught Owens with a right as he went after Paul and then chokeslammed him.

    WWE Smackdown Results have been waiting for Happy Corbin to go after someone, and it looks like Paul’s in his corner. Just when it seemed impossible for him to be more heelish.
