Impact Wrestling Results is back and we’re ready for some Hardcore Country!
Mickie James returned to an Impact Wrestling ring for the first time in six years and the fans welcomed her back.
Their first lockup didn’t go well for James as Evans threw her backwards, and then to the side when Mickie went after he legs.
Mickie hit a series of blows to Evans’ back and then tried to lock in a sleeper, but Evans backed her into a corner and hammered away.
Mickie avoided her charge and went to work and hit a kick and knee, and Steelz grabbed her in the ropes. The distraction was enough to give Evans the advantage as she caught Mickie with a boot and then stomped and choked her down.

Mickie tried to fight back, and Evans rag dolled her in a bearhug for her efforts. Mickie hit a couple of forearms to try to break the hold, but Evans held on and cinched it in.
It took biting Evans’ face, but it broke the hold and Mickie went to work chopping down Evans with kicks and knees.
Mickie hit a sitton from the top rope for a near pinfall and Deonna Purrazzo came out to watch.
Evans took advantage and shoved Mickie into a corner and hit a splash, and then a full nelson slam for a near pinfall.
Evans missed her running spear and hit the ring post, and Micki hit a pair of roundhouse kicks and a DDT for the win.
With the match over, Purrazzo headed to the ring and shoved Mickie. Mathew Rehwoldt hit James with a clothesline to lay her out.
Technically, Purrazzo broke the no contact stipulation, then grabbed Mickie’s hair to lecture her before standing over her.
Backstage, Gia Miller asked her about the no contact clause and Purrazzo said she followed the rules and didn’t hit her.
Scott came up to her and she defended herself. He called her out for making contact as a clear violation and she should be stripped.
She continued arguing, and he said he doesn’t want her to lose it in a courtroom but to Mickie James.
Scott then told Rehwoldt that if he shows up at Bound For Glory they’re both suspended permanently.

Brian Myers had the Learning Tree lined up and went on how last week was an embarrassment and epic failure.
Same Beale said he’s taking notes and Myers said it’s time to spill some blood.
When Myers mentioned VSK is on thin ice and Manny Lemmons mocked him, Myers sent him packing, and then he booted Beale from the group as well.
He made a point of saying he’ll send a garbage bag of their belongings to their house.
Beale asked for Myers’ autograph and then looked at it longingly.

R. D. Evans came in to represent Cassis Lee and Jessica McKay, the IInspiration.
Scott made a comment about they’re used to dealing with sharks where they’re coming from, and when Evans asked where their opponents are, Decay popped in.
Rosemary was upset that Scott was using ink instead of blood to sign the contracts, and then she caught scent of Evan’s untouched blood.
She and Havok signed, and Rosemary asked Evans to tell his clients they’ll be happy to bite his clients’ faces off at Bound For Glory. Impact Wrestling Results can’t wait!
