However, now Cameron Grimes may be going through a massive change after reports that Vince wants him to change his look before going to the main roster. WrestlingNews originally reported this.
What changes will Cameron Grimes go through?
Grimes spoke to Grayson Waller in a promo on NXT, who suggested he change up his look. This included shaving his beard, trimming his hair and shaving his chest. Thus, making it likely that he will look like nearly every other wrestler in NXT, Smackdown and Raw. It’s unknown if, after this look, Grimes will continue the current gimmick, but currently, it seems likely he will get a whole gimmick change with the new look.
Another glimpse of change in NXT 2.0
There is a lot of change that has been going through NXT, even though looking at viewership, it hasn’t changed much. It’s likely that we do see some more changes of gimmick down the line like this. Grimes’ gimmick is something that stands out through NXT, making it feel like this may be another misstep for NXT. However, it is possible that this gimmick change will work and lead to another chapter in Cameron Grimes’ story.
