One of the big moves Impact Wrestling has made recently is to bolster their Knockouts division, and the signing of Jessica McKay and Cassie Lee (The IInspiration) are doing that and more.
They bring a pedigree of holding a tag title in the WWE and being the inaugural tag champions for the newest tag titles before being unceremoniously cast aside when they were released.
Now, they’re not only looking to start fresh, but to take the world by storm by challenging Decay (Rosemary and Havok) for the Knockouts tag titles.
This has the makings of a fun feud and storyline as Cassie and Jessica sound every bit as pompous and pretentious in their challenging letter as ever, and they may have taken it up a notch from their days as the IIconics.

This time they’re free
As we mentioned, it sounds like Cassie and Jessica are on 11 on a scale of 10 and they’re going to be full on heel from the looks of things.
Or at least tweeners, and we have to admit as great as they are as heels, they’ll be awesome as tweeners as they’ll have everyone guessing their agenda.
They’re going to bring a whole new energy to the Knockouts formula and they’re going to help make everyone around them better.
No pressure, right?
The biggest difference here is they won’t be held back. Scott D’Amore and Tommy Dreamer talked about it before Slammiversary, and Impact wants to help their talent become the best person and character they can be.

It’s a stark contrast to reports of what it’s like in the WWE, as Dreamer previously said there was a look of crushed self esteem and worth in the eyes of wrestlers like Brian Myers and others that came there from the WWE.
It’s a great sign that Cassie and Jessica are ready to hit the ground running and Rosemary and Havok are excited for their match.
It’s going to be a good one
This match is going to be an awesome one as all four will tell a great story and we’ll get to see The IInspiration in all their glory being as annoying as humanly possible.
It’s going to make things so much sweeter when Decay get their hands on them as everyone will be enjoying the show. This is the start of something awesome, and we can’t wait for the ride to start.
