‘Welcome to Plathville’ Spoilers finds that things have been pretty tense on ‘Welcome to Plathville’ lately. Ethan and Olivia Plath have pretty much come to the decision that their marriage isn’t working. It looks like moving out of Cairo, Georgia is just what Ethan may need though.
In the newest episode of the show, viewers will see him showing his house and getting a local realtor involved with the sale of it. Could this be the end of Ethan and Olivia or will she come back to him?
‘Welcome to Plathville’: He’s Selling
Ethan has put his house on the market and is just ready to get out. Ethan talked to cameras about why they decided that they needed to sell their home. He said that he really needs to get out of Cairo. This usually happens when kids are born and raised in a small town and they want to see what the world has to offer.

He said, “I kind of want to move on, especially after the trip. I felt, like, there’s a lot of really, beautiful places… if I had the chance to live in different places, then I’d love to do that, whereas before I was real set on sticking here and that was that. Now, I don’t have any intentions of staying in Cairo whether things work out with Olivia and I or not.”
It looks like he is ready to see what the rest of the world has to offer him and it makes sense after he and his siblings were pretty much sheltered their entire lives. It is time for him to start a brand new chapter in his life and to really get a chance to see what the world has to teach him.
In the trailer for the new episode, the realtor mentions that his wife isn’t there and he just feels awkward about it. “When the realtor showed up, the same lady I went and looked at house with previously with Olivia, I felt like it was a little awkward just in that Olivia wasn’t here. Obviously, we’re separated and I didn’t want to tell her that, but, yeah, it was a little weird at first.”
He continues to tell cameras about Olivia wanting to sell the house too. “I think Olivia will appreciate the fact that I’m kind of taking initiative to get the place sold. I hope it will be a positive step for us moving forward.”
