Kourtney, for her part, has two children that she welcomed with her ex-lover Scott Disick: Penelope and Reign. But given that they are no longer together, some people felt that she had been prioritising her new lover Travis Barker rather than focusing on her children.
In a social media post, Kourtney had shared a series of pictures of herself with her two children while they were on holiday in Mexico.
In what should have been a happy moment with the family, ended up becoming a confrontation with a troll who had decided to question Kourtney’s parenting.
One user in response wrote: “Oh wow, you’re with your kids finally????,” to which Kourtney replied: “I’m with my kids every day thank God, social media isn’t always real life.”
The main reason why the troll was so outraged was that Kourtney was enjoying her time celebrating Travis’ 46th birthday. Despite the hate that Kourtney may be getting, things could not be going any better in her life.
She recently got engaged to Travis, and by the looks of it, there are rumours that a wedding could soon follow. In addition, Travis’ children get on well with Kourtney, which has downplayed any fears that may have emerged over whether everyone would get along.
A source told E News the following: “The kids got along well. Alabama [Barker] was playing with Reign and really sweet with him.
“They left Kourtney and Travis alone for some one-on-one time, and Alabama took Reign and Penelope to the pool.”
This is not the first time that Kourtney has faced pressure on social media over her private life. But by virtue of being a Kardashian, she knows that she will be singled out for hate regardless of what she does.
The following comments confirmed as much: “HA! some of y’all really just make up anything and swear it’s the truth as if you know what’s going on. The truth is never good enough… or juicy enough.”
