Rosemarie recently visited a reputed aesthetics clinic in the Philippines to undergo Ultherapy, a non-invasive cosmetic treatment aimed at lifting the neck, chin and improving lines and wrinkles on the face. She shared two photos with her aesthetician and a video that shows her getting the procedure.
Rose also took to her Instagram to promote the clinic and thanked them for their service. She wrote, “Thank you for welcoming me @doc_contessa ❤️ I enjoyed my first @merzaesthetics.ph.” With the post, Rose added the hashtag, “#ultherapy.”

Usually, 90 Day Fiancé fans criticize cast members who undergo a cosmetic procedure to change their looks, but Rose’s procedure attracted a lot of comments from her fans. One fan wrote, “Rose am really happy with the way you going.”

It appears that Rose did a paid collaboration with the aesthetics clinic, even though she didn’t state in the IG post. Rose still looks very young, she doesn’t have a double chin or sagging skin. However, it is good to see her take care of her looks. Now that she is a celebrity model in her hometown, she needs to wear a fresh and young face everytime.
