Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Results!
Tonight should be a fun one as we wade into Hard To Kill’s aftermath and begin building more storylines and some fun matches to round it out.
Let’s get to the action!
Before The Impact – Black Taurus vs. Mathew Rehwoldt
This should be a pretty fun match with their contrasting styles.
Taurus used a flip to reverse and wrist lock and Rehwoldt made it to the ropes to break the hold, and then again to break a rear waist lock.
After an exchange of holds and chops, Taurus hit a powerslam, but landed on his feet when he was sent over the ropes, sidestepped Rehwoldt’s attempt, then hit a dive through the ropes.
Rehwoldt took over and worked Taurus over in the corner and then hit a spinning neckbreaker for a pin attempt.

Taurus fought back with a headbutt, reverse sling blade, and a crucifix bomb for a near pinfall. Rehwoldt dodged a charge that sent Taurus to the floor, then hit a senton off the top rope for a pin attempt.
Taurus slipped out of the Director’s Cut and hit a PowerBull for the win.
Morrissey makes his statement
W. Morrissey demanded to know where Moose was and came out to the ring and grabbed a mic and demanded Moose come out. Moose didn’t come out, and Morrissey went on how he had him beat for a 10 count at Hard To Kill.
.@TheCaZXL is furious about #HardToKill and wants @TheMooseNation! BUT apparently Moose will defend his championship against somebody else tonight on #IMPACTonAXSTV! pic.twitter.com/QFzR0n1hNd

He called Moose out for having a title he practically stole, and he’ll do anything to keep it, including hiding from Morrissey backstage. He then challenged Moose to face him one on one.
He’s not going to stop until he gets his match, so Moose better give him his match tonight or he’ll be looking over his shoulder.
Moose appeared on the screen and said he never thought Morrissey was one to complain, and said there will be a title match tonight but he won’t be in it. he’s going to choose someone who never had a shot and Morrissey can get to the back of the line.
Morrissey promised Moose won’t make it to his title match tonight, and backstage Scott D’Amore stopped him and said he already set the match for tonight, and Morrissey won’t interfere, but then got reports ROH was in the arena.

ROH took D’Lo Brown’s headset, and D’Lo slapped Vincent and the rest jumped him and hit him with a senton on a table, then put him through the table with a second one at ringside.
They taunted Tom Hanifan and left as officials came out. Trey Miguel came out to join Tom on the commentary table.
Chris Bey vs. Laredo Kid
This one started out fast with Bey sidestepping a dropkick and went after Laredo Kid with strikes and kicks, and Laredo returned the favor as he began his push.
Laredo hit a crossbody off the top rope on the floor, and Bey returned the favor with a moonsault off the apron.

Bey kept up the pressure and hung Laredo up on the ropes for a pin attempt, then threw him to the floor.
Laredo hit a back suplex onto the top rope, and then hit a suicide dive on the ramp. He then hit a pair on moosaults off the middle rope for a near pinfall.
Bey hit a spinebuster and then a brainbuster for a near pinfall, and Laredo responded with a rollup, and followed that with a Spanish Fly off the top rope for the win.
This was a good one, and more grounded than we’ve seen from these two lately. It was a nice change of pace.
Backstage, Rich Swann, Willie Mack, Eddie Edwards, Rhino, and Heath made a gameplan to separate and look for the ROH guys.
Elsewhere, Brian Myers ripped into VSK and Zickey Dice for failing him, and Dice told them he’s Moose’s opponent tonight.
Mike Bailey vs. Jake Something
This should be an interesting one as Madman Fulton and Ace Austin joined Tom for the commentary for this match.
Fulton wasted no time in intimidating Tom, and Tom pointed out how Bailey pinned Austin at Hard To Kill.
Bailey used his speed to avoid Jake and try to get the upper hand early on, and he ate a shoulder block before hitting a dropkick, and then eating another shoulder block.
Bailey hit a kick and sent Jake to the floor with a dropkick, and Jake dragged him out and powerbombed him into the apron before rolling him into the ring for a near pinfall.
.@The_Ace_Austin & @FultonWorld are ringside and Ace has quite a bit to say during @SpeedballBailey vs @JakeSomething_ !#IMPACTonAXSTV pic.twitter.com/n8gaULclte

After Bailey avoided Jake going to the floor, Bailey hit a dive and a combination for a pin attempt in the ring.
Bailey hit a 450 double knee splash for the win. This was a pretty good one as Bailey picked up hit second win in Impact Wrestling.
This was a good match and Impact Wrestling Results can’t wait to see more things to come for Bailey and Ace.
