Jana Kramer took another major step in her life when she decided to share her baptism ceremony to her fans on social media.
Jana Kramer Shares Her Emotional Baptism Ceremony-‘I Realized I Wasn’t Truly Alone’
Jana Kramer, for her part, has been through a lot of late. Her split from her ex-husband Mike Caussin was very difficult to take because he had continuously cheated on her.
This was exacerbated by virtue of the fact that they had children together and a breakup was the last thing that she wanted to go through.
But after having managed to put that behind her, by coming out officially on social media with her new boyfriend Ian Schinelli, Jana could not be any happier.
In a post to her fans on Instagram, Jana shared a series of pictures of herself as she was going through the ceremony. In one of them, she can be seen crying as the emotion overtakes her.
The post was captioned by the following comments: “I realized I wasn’t truly alone. That HE was there. That HE never left. God was just waiting for me to come to him. And I have.
“And today I made my faith public and it feels really good to know no matter what happens next on this journey of life, HE is next to me walking with me.”
Clearly, it was a very emotional time and why would it not be. After all, she had Ian by her side which reminded her of the progress that she had made. Following her split from Mike, Jana had spoken publicly on how she may never find another man again.
She detailed how trust would often become very difficult for her, especially in light of the fact that any man she had in her life would have to recognise that she is a mother to two children and engaging in co-parenting duties.
It was only fitting then that her happiest moment was accompanied by Ian. And by sharing her experiences, she is hoping that she can encourage others to seek out God.
Jana added: “God is walking with you too through all the good and bad times, so let HIM in. I hope this encourages someone to take that next step because you aren’t alone.”
