Kody Brown had a Thanksgiving that he would rather forget, as he was divided between spending time with only some of his wives.
Kody Brown’s Thanksgiving Was Marred By His ‘Wives Sharing A Kitchen’
Kody, for his part, had been spending the day with Marie and Robyn Brown. Meanwhile, Janelle and Christine Brown had decided to spend time in Utah.
Although Kody was satisfied with this arrangement, he was not too impressed with what he managed to uncover in Robyn’s house. Meri and Robyn decided to prepare the turkey together.
The last thing you would expect to hear is somebody getting worked up about how the turkey was prepared, but for Kody, it played on his mind.
During an episode of the Show, he said: “I would never again, for the rest of my life, ever want to have wives sharing a kitchen.
“There is a tendency from what I’ve seen to be this vying for power and position or relinquishing power and position to get along.”
These comments were sadly more reflective of Kody Brown, than they were of the general household. They only go on to demonstrate that he has a lot of insecurities in his life, given that a simple task of cooking cannot be taken at face value.
Therefore, it is no surprise that he is having troubles within his relationship as any simple task becomes a whole lot more arduous by virtue of his behaviour. But once dinner was served and the festivities were concluded, it is safe to say that he was satisfied.
He stated: “It’s quiet here. It’s been peaceful. It’s great having Meri around. We don’t have a strained relationship.
“We just don’t have a full marriage. … I’m basically just trying to have a good, amicable relationship with Meri.”
Thankfully, Thanksgiving went ahead without any major drama. But this is only a momentary period of respite, as it does not cover over the fact that Kody does have wives who are unhappy with how they are living.
And that should be his main focus going forward rather than whether the turkey or the kitchen were in good condition. So there you have it folks.
