The second Son of Queen Elizabeth; and allegedly the Queen’s favorite, Prince Andrew had recently been accused of sexual assault by Virginia Giuffre – now Queen Elizabeth has publicly humiliated Prince Andrew. Ms. Giuffre claims that in 2001, The Duke of York had forced her to have sex with him three times. The Prince has denied this on all accounts; he also denied ever meeting the Accuser.
Attorney Says Ms Giuffre Won’t Be Pleased With The Settlement Offer
Recently, this case of assault was ruled by a Judge to be heard at a trial in New York. In view of this, an option that could help to keep this out of court is if Prince Andrew decides to settle with his alleged victim, Virginia Giuffre (out of Court). But, Ms Giuffre’s Attorney, David Boies made it known that, that was an offer he client wasn’t going to be pleased with.
Prince Andrew’s Accuser Not Interested In Financial Settlement
“I think it is very important to Virginia Giuffre that this matter be resolved in a way that vindicates her and vindicates the other victims.” Baies stated. “But I think what’s going to be important is that this resolution vindicates her and vindicates the claim she has made. A purely financial settlement is not anything that I think she is interested in.”
On Thursday, 13th January, Queen Elizabeth stripped the Prince Andrew, The Duke of York of His Titles following the revelation that he will face a civil trial. He had initially filed for a motion to dismiss the sexual assault claim against him, but this was discarded by the Judge.
A Statement from Buckingham Palace proves this, “With the Queen’s approval and agreement, The Duke of York’s military affiliations and Royal Patronages have been returned to The Queen. The Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen.”
Some of the Titles and Patronages Prince Andrew gave up are; Colonel-in-Chief of the Royal Irish Regiment, Royal colonel of the Royal Regiment of Scotland, Titles in the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force and Army, some patronages in golf Clubs, amongst others. It is clear that Ms. Giuffre is not interested in receiving money for her claims but in ‘justice’ being served – looks like Queen Elizabeth is started to mete out that justice!
