Kate Middleton turns 40 0n Sunday, January 9, after a decade of being a member of the Royal Family. Kate Middleton and Prince William tied the knot in 2011. Her friend has shared that the Duchess of Cambridge would never have sought a public role and had a different life if she had not fallen for Prince William.
Kate Middleton’s Friend Described Her As “Creative”
The Duchess’s friend also commended her work ethic and described her as “creative.” She also claimed that the Kate Middleton may have followed a different path if she had not met and fallen in love with Prince William. They said that she would have started her own business.
Kate Middleton’s Friend Reveals The Path She Would Have Taken If She Hadn’t Married The Duke Of Cambridge
The friend shared with The Daily Mail that: “Funnily enough, if she hadn’t have married William I think she would have started some kind of business as she comes from an entrepreneurial background and is very creative herself. She’s now bringing that to her work.”
The entrepreneurial background the friend talked about is Kate’s mother, Carole launching her business, Party Pieces, a company that sells party supplies and decorations in 1987, which has now grown into a major brand. Carole shared with Daily Mail that her daughter, Kate was the inspiration for her business.
She said that she had tried to find decorations for her fifth birthday, and it was then that she realised there was a need for more party supplies on the market.
Kate Middleton Wants To Make A Difference With Her Projects
Kate has focused on early childhood development. She has even become a patron for a number of children’s charities since she joined the Royal family. In June, she announced The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood. The centre focuses on increased awareness and research into the impact of the early years.
Kate’s friend said that the Duchess is looking forward to making a difference with her projects. She is involved in promoting mental health just like her husband. A friend of the Duchess said that, “She was the brains behind her new Centre for Early Childhood and is more happy to push herself out of her comfort zone now.”
The friend also said that her confidence has grown since she became a member of the Firm. “She has been in the public eye for 18 years now and has had a public role for a decade. She never wants to disappoint and has the confidence now to deliver” the friend said.
At her Christmas carol concert in December, Kate Middleton show off her musical talent for the first time by playing the piano during a performance with singer, Tom Walker, for ‘For Those Who Can’t Be Here’. ITV aired the event on Christmas Eve. It and was hosted by Kate as “a huge thank you to all those amazing people out there who have supported their communities”.
