Roderick Strong Reactivates Pro Wrestling Tees Shop, Potentially On Way Out Of WWE?

Tonight, we could see the final piece of The Undisputed Era say goodbye to WWE. Bobby Fish, Adam Cole & Kyle O”Reilly have already all left – but Roderick Strong has stuck around. Seemingly finding gold with The Diamond Mine faction, Strong had signed a contract extension in late 2021, but now there is a sign that maybe he’s got a faster way out of WWE.

Roderick Strong Re-Opens His Pro Wrestling Tees Shop

This sign comes in Roderick Strong reopening his Pro Wrestling Tees shop. Found inside, you can get a variety of shirt designs that haven’t been available since he signed with WWE back in 2016. WWE tends to not enjoy their talent having other streams of revenue, and this includes personal merch sales.

Because of this, most fans are thinking that his clash tonight with WALTER on NXT 2.0 very well might be his final match in the company. WWE are moving way from the indy style of wrestling that Strong brings, and with him dropping the NXT Cruiserweight Championship recently, and Hideki Suzuki being released, Diamond Mine could also be soon scrapped – like most ideas that pre-date the change to NXT 2.0. If WWE doesn’t view Finn Balor as a main event player – Strong has no chance.

WWE Has Very Rarely Allowed Talent To Sell Old Merch – Strong Would Be Welcomed Into AEW With Open Arms

However, there have been limited times when WWE has allowed talent to re-open these shops. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn have been previously allowed to open their stores for a limited run – while remaining with the company. This situation is very much still unfolding, and more is unlikely to come until after WWE NXT 2.0 goes off the air.

If this is the end of Strong in WWE, he is likely to go out with a great match – and had little left to prove in the company. AEW would be very likely to scoop him up, with him being great friends with The Young Bucks, and the missing piece of The Undisputed Era.

Do you think tonight could be the final fight of Roderick Strong in WWE? Would you want to see the full Undisputed Era re-formed in AEW? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.

A wrestling fan practically since birth, who has been hooked since he got his first toy wrestling ring for Christmas as a child. Since getting access to the internet, he's watched more wrestling than he could ever remember from all around the world. It's hard to keep track of what happens in the wild world of professional wrestling, but he always tries to stay up to date. Note: No relation to Tully Blanchard of Four Horsemen fame (probably).
