Last night, we saw the latest encounter between Roman Reigns & Brock Lesnar. Once again, Roman Reigns got the victory in the main event of Wrestlemania, leading to The Tribal Chief being named the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion. However, during the match – there was concern about an arm injury to Reigns.
After being locked in the Kimura by Lesnar, Reigns would seem to rush to finish the match – leading to an underwhelming finish. He’d have issues lifting a belt with his left arm – and now tonight, is announced to address the WWE fans.
Ominous Announcement For Monday Night RAW
Despite being on the Smackdown Live roster, Roman Reigns would be announced for Monday Night RAW. We’d get the following information from WWE.com.
“Last night, in the culmination of a stupendous two-night WrestleMania, Universal Champion Roman Reigns emerged triumphant over WWE Champion Brock Lesnar in The Biggest WrestleMania Match of All Time to become the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
In the wake of his epic victory, The Head of the Table will emerge on Raw as the conquering hero to address the WWE Universe.”
Given the injury concerns, it’s not out of the question that this could see Reigns be forced to give up the top prize in WWE, ending his 582 day long reign as champion. This would be a horrible way for his reign to end, and hopefully tonight is more to lessen the concern of fans.
What If Roman Reigns Vacates?
Should Reigns be unable to remain champion, WWE will likely do their best to name a new champion tonight on Monday Night RAW. The RAW after Wrestlemania is always a fun time for fans, and booking a massive Fatal Four Way match with winners from major singles matches at Wrestlemania could give something truly special.
