Amber Heard’s attorney Elaine Bredehoft has garnered sympathy on social media amid her struggles in representing the actress against Johnny Depp in the Depp vs Heard trial.

There is no denying that Amber is fighting a losing case, at least in the court of public opinion, where the fans are firmly in favour of Johnny Depp. Although that may be the case, Elaine has been paid to do a job regardless of what she may think.
And by the looks of it, things are beginning to take their toll. In the video here, we can see that Elaine is asking Amber a series of questions. Each time, however, Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez objects.
This forces Elaine to rethink her line of questioning, which results in her looking dismayed before she states uncharacteristically out loud, ‘I’m trying.’
Elaine then shakes her head and walks off in a frustrated manner as she declares she has no further questions. This clip instantly generated a lot of talking points on social media.
As a result, Elaine became a TikTok hit for all the wrong reasons. In the clip here, we can see a dejected Elaine standing as the court process is about to begin.
The song ‘Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies,’ is played over the TikTok as Amber stands behind Elaine. The post was captioned by the following comments: “I am really starting to feel for Elaine.
“She is so drained and I bet she has no clue how she can bounce back from this.” In reality, this should not come as a surprise. Amber has been caught out being untruthful.
This was most noticeably seen when she admitted she had not paid $3.5 million to the ACLU, despite having pledged to do so, as part of the divorce settlement she had received.
And with so much scrutiny being put on Amber, Elaine is understandably exhausted. With that being said, it will be a tall order for Elaine to get Amber through this.
