Alex Zayne & Francesco Akira might have recently tasted the main event in NJPW, but tonight they will open the show. Zayne comes in with four points, while Akira has two points. Neither man is out of the running yet, but a win tonight in their NJPW Korakuen Hall debut would go a long way in the A-Block.

TJP Thought He Had Titán Scouted
Titán is still searching for this first victory in this tournament, and is facing a man he’s faced in Mexico. TJP has been having a hard time getting wins as well, having only defeated Master Wato – but will look to keep Titán on a losing streak, while keeping himself in the mix.
TJP would be sent to the floor with a big snapmare to begin this match, but Titán could not follow up. A flying armdrag would take TJP down, but Titán failed to get more than a one count. TJP would grab a Scorpion Deathlock, before instead bridging into the Muta Lock.
Titán would get free, before getting hung upside down in the corner before a dropkick to the knee. A leg snap would follow, before Titán was put to the apron. He’d avoid a lariat with a matrix dodge, before sending TJP to the floor. Titán would nail the dive to the floor, but jammed his knee on the landing.
